Excellent location and friendly guests and staff!

Characterful and great location.

Our room was delightful and spacious. We easily traveled by bus to and from Cromer. The lady at the desk was very cheerful and helpful with all our questions, one of which was the location of the bus stop used to return to Cromer. While at Dormy House, we met a lovely couple over your puzzle in the lounge area. We enjoyed a long, interesting conversation with new friends from another county, an experience we will always remember. (Our world could certainly use more such connections.) Our stay could not have been any better.

Lovely quiet location but in easy reach of so many places. Superb breakfast and we had a lovely evening meal too .

The property is stunning in an understated way, made up of a main house and converted stables and what was presumably once a grain store. The renovation has been done sympathetically and in a classic style. It is homely, but classy.

The location was beautiful. You looked out of the room onto The North Sea. The staff - 9.5 out of 10. The bar itself - fantastic, The food and drink in the bar - delightful. As the carpark was full, I parked the car immediately across the road from the main entrance. Yes, we'd definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, within easy walking distance to most things. The staff were very helpful.

Wonderful staff, spotless and huge room, a ten minute walk from the train station. Great value for the money, as well!

The room was large, modern, clean and bright. Light and modern. Excellent and convenient to town.

From the very start on arrival at Highfield we were made to feel at home. John offered to carry up our luggage and explained all we needed to know . Our room had been thoroughly cleaned and had everything in we needed. An exceptional breakfast was on offer each day and cooked to perfection by Sam and served by their polite and smiling daughter. Despite their obviously busy lifestyle they all found the time to chat about our day and how our visit was going.This is by far the best B & B we have ever stayed in and highly reccommend it. You will not be dissappointed !

Property is maintained to exceptional standards and luxurious comfort. Spotless well equipped. Breakfast is cooked onsite with fresh produce to a high standard. Host is friendly polite and helpful. No downsides at all....even the weather was great 😃👍🏻

Just what we needed and a fantastic location

The location was fantastic! We love Sheringham, so be able to walk out and in a few minutes either be on the sea front or in the centre of town was brilliant. Like other guests we cannot compliment the cleanliness highly enough. 10/10 we will definitely rebook 😁
