What an absolute gem of a place to stay! Stunning location, superb facilities, there is everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, the display of wild flowers on the table, beautiful gesture, the gardens and patio area are wonderful, everything is of high quality. The hosts are adorable, very welcoming, absolutely will be going back , don’t look any further for your accommodation!
Special mention to black swan for superb food, a quick 5 minute drive away.
Beaches galore within a 30 min drive .

This is a lovely place to stay. The staff is so very friendly and will help you in any way possible. Breakfast is excellent! Lots of choice on top of the traditional breakfast. The location is incredible. The beach is literally across the road. Rooms are clean.

Overall a lovely stay. Good peace of mind with camera at entrance. Unique and spacious layout inside and excellent location on the Wells Harbour-side. Good bathroom. Mostly all other facilities were good. Got 10% off voucher for Plattens Fish & Chips which were Lovely.

Clive was very friendly and helpful.He made coffee exactly to our liking! The location was quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable. Our downstairs room was spotless and we even had a small private patio area to sit out in. A lovely stay.

Clean and cosy for two people . Well equipped kitchen . Tea and coffee provided and it was a lovely touch to receive milk and biscuits on arrival . The location is just perfect . Lots of lovely shops cafes and pubs on doorstep . Short walk into city centre . Also we got a parking space which was a really helpful as most of this area is permit holders .

We have stayed here a number of times now and come back because it's such a lovely place to stay.
Incredibly clean, comfortable and well equipped caravan. Amazing location- so close to the beach.
Owners are lovely- great communication.

We stayed for a short break The location was good. The room was lovely. Spotlessly clean with quality bedding and towels. We were met at the hotel and shown to our accomadation on arrival all very swift which was great. I would recommend this hotel highly. Thanks for a great place to stay. We will use again.

Tge staff Andrew and Adam were so helpful and very accommodating. They answer your queries ASAP. They even put a microwave in our room upon request. The location is the City centre and near the shopping areas.
The room and bathroom are enormous. The decors are a bit traditional but classic and we liked them. The beds are comfy. The carpets are fairly new but very soft and comfy.
