Homestay Norwich is a small B&B with a big heart. It is my home and I let out one of the rooms. I may open a smaller room for up to 2 additional guests if they are all with the same booking. It may not have the facilities of a hotel but does provide a warm, peaceful, friendly 'home from home' alongside my genuine desire for you to have a wonderful stay in this fine city. There's a TV in the bigger room and free, fast wifi available. It's a vegan/vegetarian B&B although you don't have to be veggie to stay here. I have Celiac Disease so the house is also a gluten-free environment. Breakfast is served in the dining room downstairs between 7-9am. Included in the price is a light breakfast of gluten-free cereals, my very popular home-made granola, a wide range of preserves, toast, nuts, seeds and fruit. Coffee is freshly ground and locally roasted and the range of teas available is extensive. There's information in your room about the marvels of Norwich and I'm always happy to advise on good restaurants, cafes, exhibitions etc. My home is warm, colourful, eco-friendly and full of books which you are welcome to browse during your stay. I am a retired business coach and tutor and keep fit by looking after grandchildren and walking in nature. I'm passionate about permaculture, music, reading and supporting local indie businesses. I love food and am always trying out new healthy recipes using local and organic produce. I also love Norwich which is friendly, safe, inclusive, charming and full of history.

Norwich centre is only 15 minutes walk away and there are takeaways, shops and restaurants at the top of the road. Norwich is one of the safest and friendliest cities in the country. It has a wonderful independent cinema, 1,500 medieval buildings, two cathedrals, two universities, award winning pubs, is in the top ten shopping destinations in the country & is rich in history. Regularly voted a top city for quality of life and an excellent place to bring up children.
