We have enjoyed renovating our barn over the past 6 months to create these two new bespoke barns for our guests to come and enjoy a relaxig break away in rural North Norfolk

Property info

Set in the grounds of our two-acre family home in Cawston North Norfolk, Beechcroft Barns offers two brand new one-bedroom self-catering holiday lets, suitable for singles, couples and couples with one child. Each barn has its own private patio area where guests can enjoy beautiful meadow views and wildlife in abundance. Each barn is decorated to a high standard and have electric heaters for warmth throughout the year. The barns are ideally situated to explore all that Norfolk has to offer, including the blue flag beaches of North Norfolk, Blickling Hall National Trust Estate (only 8 mins away) and the fine city of Norwich. Full Terms and conditions will be emailed to guests following their booking. Should guests not agree to property terms and conditions, guests are able to cancel their stay free of charge within the 24 hour cooling off period. Please note: Free Wi-Fi is provided for all guests however due to our rural location and reliance upon 4G network (fibre broadband unavailable to us), signal strength and speed can not be guaranteed. So if you are reliant upon Wi-Fi for work/leisure then this location may not be entirely suitable for your needs. No parties or gatherings permitted in the barn or anywhere within the grounds of Beechcroft Barns. Permission must be granted by the owners for any visitors. No smoking or recreational drug use in the barn or anywhere within the grounds of Beechcroft Barns. Charging of electric vehicles from our mains electricity supply is NOT permitted at any time due to safety reasons. The nearest charging station can be found at Tesco in Aylsham. Guests found using mains supply for electrical car charging will be liable to pay extra charges and may be asked to leave the property.

Cawston is a lovely village with a local pub, post office and stores, local Delicatessen, petrol station and a beautiful Heath if you like nature walks.
