CanadaAmazing! The location of the property is fantastic- tucked up on a hill offering breath taking views of the town and the rock formations. The exterior offers beautiful gardens where we sat and enjoyed a beverage. The interior is wonderfully decorated. The breakfast was excellent- lots of local treats. The staff! The staff were warm and welcoming and ensured our every need was met. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony facing the rock formations - there was nothing obstructing the spectacular view.

Kastraki is a smaller town than Kalabaka and we were happy with this. We were still able to walk to restaurants in Kastraki from the hotel.

You can park in front of huse or few meters away. So even if happens that parking spot is occupied you will have where to park easily!

It was in the BEST location for the perfect view of the Meteora. It’s situated in the smaller, and in my opinion, nicer of the 2 villages at the foot of the monasteries.. very quaint. The staff were so helpful and friendly and breakfast was wonderful. Worth noting they do not do dinners but proximity to village and many tavernas means this is not an issue.

The balcony view of the mountains was very nice. The host provided some explanation of the history of the location and the monasteries. The host also provided a map of the surrounding areas and best driving and walking routes. The city centre/restaurants was very close and safe to walk to.

Tsicaris house is a great place to stay in Kalabaka. The apartments are large, extremely clean, with new modern furniture, a fully equipped kitchen. The location of the house is in a very quiet place in Kalabaka, convenient for parking in front of the house itself. Close to the center, about 10 minutes on foot!

We liked the location, which is a little bit away from the center of this small town (15 mins. walk), which makes it quieter than most other facilities. Breakfast was generous. Staff was friendly. A good place to stay on the whole.

We were running very late and forgot to give the property manager a heads up. We were wandering outside, lost in the dark and she found us and welcomed us in. She had been waiting for us for a couple hours but was still very kind.
