Brand new squeaky clean facilities, exceptional location with free parking, just a short walk from the center of Chios. Staff was very accommodating and polite. Prices for 5* hotel were very competitive! Will be going back soon!

Great Location in the heart of Chios, just 15 minute walk from Chios Port. The staff were very helpful and polite, the rooms are modern and well furnished. The breakfast was very rich.

Right in front of sea, friendly&helpful staff, clean and renovated. You can find silent and good beach bar and restaurant nearby. Highly recommended 🤘🏻

The staff was friendly and communication was really good via Booking.com messaging. The room was spacious and the screen windows helped to ensure there were no bugs coming in. It was a nice breeze when we opened the windows and the balcony overlooked the seaside, although there was a big tree blocking most of our view. The small kitchenette was a nice feature that allowed us to shop and cook/eat our breakfast in the morning. The location is great for Karfas town and beach. We are right next to the most amazing breakfast/cafe shop Pes Alevri (my wife went there every morning). The location is great for beach town life. I think Karfas beach is the best beach on the island (kid-friendly, lots of sand, shallow water that goes far out, and lots of beach cafe/restaurants to choose from, even rental of kayaks, paddleboats with slides available). Free Parking is also available at the hotel (about 3 spots, or on the street or up the alley next to the hotel wall). There was daily housekeeping and the a/c worked well. I know reviews said the bathroom is small, and it is but not bad at all in my opinion. Wifi signal was strong and sufficient, and the speed was enough to stream videos.

Everything. The place is new, very clean (cleaned daily), spacious for 2, nothing missing from the studio. The location is just perfect, a few steps away from the beach and a few great tavernas (for great food). The owner is very friendly and super helpful, and Maria's smile and hard work makes you want to come back for a longer stay.

The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. The restaurant and the beach are fantastic. We had a great vacation!

Mrs Mammous, owner of the property was very helpful and supportive from the begining of our holiday to the end of our stay. Karfas bay view studios is in front of the beach, close to wonderful restaurants. 8-10 min. to the port and Chios center. You can easily go the main ancient places by car.
