Gorgeous location, room was very comfortable, and the view from the patio amazing! Enjoyed every aspect!

Beautiful room with exceptional view over the sea - lovely employees, great breakfast

Everything was perfect. We got two rooms: one for me & my wife and one for my daughter & husband, which met all of our expectations. The bathroom spacious with hot water every time of the day (not a given in a Greek residence), beds with mattresses in excellent condition, WiFi signal strong, rooms spacious and quiet (although, wherever you stay in Areopolis, you'll get noise by some Areopolis youngsters who make a lot of noise with their motorcycles, not understanding that in this way they act against the peace & quiet of tourists, who are the main source of income of their parents — but I digress). The private parking space of the hotel is vast, and includes shade for the cars. The breakfast is excellent: buffet with a rich variety of items, and even some local specialties. The location of the hotel is less than 100 m from the touristy center of the town. Finally, the hosts, Ms. Eleni and her mother Ms. Panagiota, are two adorable ladies who helped us in everything we asked. Ms. Eleni even gave us a private room to store temporarily our suitcases the day we were leaving, because we wanted to take a last swim in a nearby wonderful beach, the "Limeni". If we come back to Areopolis, we'll make sure to book rooms in Hotel Mani — no need to search anywhere else.

Brilliant breakfast, and they very kindly upgraded our room! The pool was fantastic, and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly.

The room had an absolutely amazing breathtaking view. Waking up to that view every morning was insane. The room itself was spotless clean and really big. Great storage facilities. Staff was to kind and polite loved them all. Breakfast is a must, delicious and so much variety.

The Infiniti pool over the breathtaking view of the water and the mountains across was simply amazing! Excellent breakfast, lovely rooms, good food, courteous staff!

A fantastic location, very stylish and well equipped, in a wonderful and quiet village, yet very close to the main attractions around the Mani peninsula. Iorgos, the owner, is also extremely helpful with everything you need. Will definitely visit again!

Very well located - 10 min walk distance to the beach and restaurants of Limeni without the trouble of searching for parking spot. 5 min drive to Areopoli (largest village in the area). Positioned in a cool spot and surrounded by Peloponnese flora. Loved waking up to the chirps of the birds. Super clean pool area with great sunset views. Everything in the property is brand new with state of the art amenities, electronics and materials. I suggest this to both folks that like to dine out and folks that wanna to cook their fancy omelette with locally sourced eggs, olive oil and syglino.

The most romantic area that one can ever imagine, phenomenal views of the picturesque Limeni and bay. Beautiful stylish building, comfortable and clean room, lovely home cooked breakfast and absolutely fantastic host. Highly recommend!

The location in a beautiful, quiet town overlooking the water. Good base for local sight seeing. Ease of communication. Great to have washing machine in house. Facilities were perfect. Spotless.

Staying at this place felt like heaven on earth. Every detail was thoughtfully curated — from the beautiful decor, with attention to the smallest elements, to the gorgeous gardening and the unique *ceramic dishes sourced from a small studio in Athens*. The atmosphere was warm, boutique, and deeply personal. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional hospitality of Sakis, the host. He was incredibly attentive and caring. I wasn't feeling well during part of our stay, and he went out of his way to ensure my comfort — from preparing a chicken soup to finding the right tea for me. His kindness and genuine care made all the difference. The *private access to the beach* was a dream, and the *rich, beautifully presented breakfast* completed the experience. This is more than just a hotel — it's a sanctuary crafted with love and soul. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beauty, peace, and heartfelt hospitality.

The patio, the view, the atmosphere just amazing. Also everything inside felt new and up to date. I’ve traveled Greece a lot and this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Limeni has our heart.

The location was Amazing! parking port for 2 cars. Easy drive to stores and beaches the views was beautiful. The house has everything you need. It makes you feel like you are home peaceful and quiet. Communication was excellent!
