United StatesEverything. I would rate 10000/10 if I could. The location, the view, the host, the beautiful streets and lake. We appreciated morning crossaints so much. The nespresso machine was the perfect way to wake up in the morning with sitting on the balcony. Everything was comfortable and clean. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I can’t recommend enough. We left with our hearts and bellies so full of love and happiness.

ItalyAbsolutely spectacular!!! The rooms were spacious and spotless! We had everything we needed. There is parking. The grounds are incredibly beautiful with flowers everywhere and a stunning view of the lake. It’s an easy walk into town. There is a pool. It is pet friendly. Absolutely delicious breakfast and our host was incredibly kind! I cannot recommend highly enough.

It was the perfect location, super close to the lake, nice restaurants around. The hotel has 2 swimming pools and it's dog friendly - a perfect combination for us. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

The property is directly opposite Lago Bolsena on a beautiful tree lined street The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom fairly updated.
There were two very large dining rooms used for all meals. On the tables each morning are sheets of paper offering a lunch or dinner menu which are pre ordered. Beautiful al fresco areas overlooking the lake as well as a gelateria on site. Plenty of free parking on site too. Highly recommend a stay at this great location.

The location was good ,the staff excellent , breakfast & dinner was excellent and we could not fault anything regarding this hotel. The location to the town centre was only 5-10 min walk. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was also very good.

Fabulous location on the lake front and an easy walk to the old town. Lots of cafes/restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On site parking. Two lovely pools. Great breakfast.

The location right next to the lake is wonderful and the breakfast had many choices.
The room was really clean and housekeeping obviously take pride in keeping it this way.
we particularly thought the people working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially Fabiana.
