AustraliaIt was actually a transit for a (full) day in Rome. Instead of booking a hotel near FCO which was more expensive than this room rate, and not forget about the expensive fare for airport pick up+ drop off. I was extremely happy and satisfied with my last night staying in Rome. Such a beautiful fine hotel, the room is super clean, there is a garden in the property where I could do my exercise in the morning then head to hotel breakfast, warm and helpful hotel staff. The location looks far from FCO but it is actually very convenient to get there. If you travel light, just take the Leonardo Express direct train from FCO (€15) to Roma termini, hop on Bus 82 right in front of the termini, and a short walking distance you will reach the hotel. If you travel with big luggage bags, I chose to ride the taxi/uber from the hotel to Roma termini to the airport the next day. The taxi ride cost me €15.50. As for last night in Rome, I was happy l could enjoy a nice Cacciò e Peppe and delicious pizza at Mamma Pizza by just walking distance before leaving Italia.

They were kind, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bathroom, separated from the bedroom, was really convenient. Perfect!

The best place to stay in Rome!
We were honestly pleased with everything - great central location, spacious, clean and stylish property with a big comfortable bed, large and modern bathroom and a kitchenette which has all you need if you prefer to cook instead of dinning out. Our host (Alberto?) was incredibly kind and helpful as well - we will definitely visit again.

Spagna Rooms was the perfect place to stay! Super nice and extra clean with outdoor space to entertain. The location is PERFECT and central to everything you’d want to see in Rome. Most importantly, Francesca was able to accommodate some special needs — service was impeccable. I know where I’m staying next time I visit Rome!

It was in a great location really central with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. The room was nice and big with a great bathroom and comfy beds. Even though we were near some bars with music we couldn’t hear it through the windows so we slept well! A perfect place to stay for a trip to Rome!

Fantastic location for many of Rome's popular tourist destinations. Spacious room with a large double bed, decent air conditioning and a good bathroom. Free breakfast options were of good quality and the staff were helpful and polite. Lots of quality restaurants, cafes and bars in the surrounding area make it the perfect place to stay for a city break in Rome.

The property was exceptionally clean and well presented. Breakfast was served in a purpose built dining area. Plus for us was the secure compound where we were able to store our motorcycle for the duration of our stay.. perfect place to stay if you are coming in from the ferry terminal and need somewhere to stay…

It is nice room in the city centre, with possibility to use shared roof terrace with exceptional view. Owner is very helpful, he gave us information about sightseeings, nearby restaurants, transportation possibilities etc. He is personally involved and cares of its guests. Room was clean, perfect location in the city center, yet not overcrowded.

For the price, the hotel was faultless. The location is 5 minutes walk to Manzoni metro or 10 minute walk to Termini. The rooms are clean and decent sized, with air conditioning. Lovely staff who let us check in early as our room was ready (but were happy to store our bags regardless). Inside the hotel there is a water fountain and fridge for guests use, outside there is a private garden. Perfect place to stay to explore Rome.

Bed was very comfy. A single room but with a big single bed. Perfect place to stay for a night or few nights. I would recommend to everyone! Location was also perfect. It was a 10 minute walk to breakfast but this wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was good, a croissant a coffee and orange juice.

Spacious, Convenient, Clean, Easy to find, Just a few stops away from Termi Station. Metro and Buses are convenient at this location. Supermarket, Food Stores, Restaurants are just around the corners. We have a good week there, everything fits perfectly and we felt like home.
The host is great that she prepared us delicious breakfast, she tidy up our room daily. It is definitely a safe and perfect place to stay in Rome.

I had a lovely stay here as this was a perfect location for me. This is right near the Ostiense train station so you can easily take the train to and from the airport. It is away from the noise of downtown Rome but in an area with many restaurants and cafes. Easy train ride to all points of interests and you can walk to the Colosseum in about 30 minutes.

The location was perfect very close to the metro so was able to get around quite easily
The guest house was perfect for us the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable also all the facilities there if you needed them. We arrived early but it was just finished being cleaned so was able to check in early. Perfect place to stay for our mini break in Rome would highly recommend

The location is great for Napoli, not right in the city center but for a fair price, you get to be walking distance from all that can be of interest for a short stay in Napoli. The place itself is amazing and I have to confess we were a bit surprised to see how modern a place can be inside, in a run down building on the outside (specific Napoletan). I sicerely recommend the host and location to anyone looking for a budget and very clean place to stay in Napoli.

Even the location is bit far from city center, perfect place to stay for calmness. In the woods, only birds sound. You have supermarket, restaurant and cafe in the facility and you can find anything you need. Paid 130 € for 5 person for 2 nights, very challanging price.

Vatican Suite Home is probably the best place to stay in Rome. Emiliano is gracious and helpful host. The location is ideal to see Rome. Most everything is within a comfortable walking distance. We only used the Metro a few times to go to further points in Rome. I highly recommend Vatican Suites Home.
