Beautiful hotel right in front of the sea with amazing views. Spacious and luxurious rooms and bathrooms. The best part was the outstanding service – Daniel, Elisa and Marco made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return!

Stayed there because we have 2 large service dogs. Although we didn't let them off leash, we have long leashes, they enjoyed the grassy area. The room was clean, large enough, and comfortable. The restaurant was quite good and a good selection of wines from Italy. The food was also very good. They were very helpful in arranging transportation to the ship. The taxi was one of the few that took us on the pier directly to the entrance of our ship. They handled the luggage, which was 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Would return again. Too bad we didn't get there several days earlier as it was quite enjoyable.

This was my first stay here, and I initially chose it for its great location and positive reviews. After experiencing it myself, I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, including the bathroom. All essentials were provided—towels, toiletries, air-conditioning (for both heating and cooling), a clean bed, television, and a table lamp. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with all the basic necessities you’d need for a short stay. Admittedly, it took me a little while to figure out the process of unlocking the safe and retrieving the keys for the entrance and main house, but the instructions sent via email were detailed and helpful. The balcony offers a great view of the cruise port and ships, and the location is incredibly convenient—pharmacy, McDonald’s, convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, and the train station are all within walking distance. The Wi-Fi is fast, and overall, this place is amazing. I highly recommend this stay!

We liked the hosts and the quiet property. It was great to have a private bathroom and mini fridge.

It is beautiful property with an incredible view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Caesar and the rest of the crew are so very helpful and eager to make our stay a fabulous experience.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a pleasant experience. The location is one of the biggest highlights—just a short walk from the train station and the city center, which made it incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, which really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. While not extravagant, it was quite decent, with a good variety of options to start the day off right. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Close to the cruise ships. They have a shuttle service that picked us up at a reasonable rate.

The staff works very hard to meet your needs. For example: Transportation Nico helped with transportation arrangements for us when we completed our cruise and traveled to Rome.

Nice place to stay at Civitavecchia. The staff is really helpful and the place is comfortable. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. You can walk easily from the port.

Amazing gem in Citavecchia. Super clean with very new amenities. Kettle in room. Breakfast was great. Heating and a/c in each room. And the staff were the best !!! Especially the really lovely woman in the morning. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Everyone was so helpful. We left some things behind and they gathered them up and we were able to collect them. I especially loved the terrace where we could sit out and drink coffee. It was a very relaxing stay.

The location is exceptional, right in the middle of the historic part of town. Our host Tino was so friendly and communicative, helping us out when we had delays and travel difficulties. The place was perfectly clean. Beds were huge and comfortable and the place is very spacious.

Beautiful property! Immaculate, comfortable, welcoming feel with waters, wine, snacks! Very modern bathroom. Great HVAC system! The little area outside our door had several quaint restaurants and coffee cafe around the corner near thru the “Arch”. Bellisimo!! The owners were very helpful. I took a video of the apartment but could only upload pictures !

How clean and safe it was, host was very helpful and fast to respond to any questions! Would come back if i have a chance. Please come here if you're visiting Civitavecchia. It will be worth it!!!

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, a minimarket on the corner and a few restaurants nearby. The owner Fabio was a really caring host. He communicated with me before my arrival. He helped to carry my suitcases to the apartment and to the taxi the following day. He also booked a taxi to the cruise terminal for me. I had been well looked after and had a very pleasant stay.

Steps away from breakfast, convenient to everything, delicious pizza and few doors away, extra clean and comfortable, and a super kind and helpful host. This apartment has it all! Highly recommend.
