Getting ready for my dream wedding in Grand Universe in Lucca was a breathtaking experience. Not only is the place stunning, the staff made me feel super comfortable on my special day. They always were on their best interest to assist me and my guests. I will definetly recommend to anyone that is visiting Lucca to stay at Grand Universe Lucca!

Exellent breakfast, the room was comfortable and location perfect.

Great location, great staff, beautifully restored buildings inside the ramparts. Our room was very spacious! Breakfast was a wonderful spread of fresh fruit local cheese, charcuterie, farm eggs made to perfection, home made patisserie, fresh squeezed orange juice, apples oven cooked and a lot more. Easy paying parking 18euro per day. We will definitely stay here again soon!

Location was great, it was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Heat worked well and so did the windows.

Amazing location, we loved being in the annex in the historic tower with a large shaded patio right outside. Breakfast was very good and the location is so walkable to every place in Lucca.

Very center for everything Very clean

Mira’s apartment was exceptional. My family and I stayed there for almost one month in July and we couldn’t have been happier. The apartment is conveniently located inside the city walls close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shopping. It’s also an 8 min walk to the train station which made it easy since we hadn’t rented a car and made day trips very convenient. 20 min train ride to Pisa and the beach and 45 minutes to Florence. The apartment itself was fully equipped with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, tv, and air conditioning in every room. ( which is needed in the summer!) Mira also did a great job with the decor of the apartment featuring rustic antique furniture, beautiful paintings and other typical Tuscan art. Mira’s property manager was super friendly and available to answer any question we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Lucca and would stay at Mira’s again.

Perfect location, right in the center, Very large apartment, full kitchen with all the amenities, very clean and comfortable- we loved it and wished we'd booked more than 2 nights !

Sweet apartment indeed! We enjoyed our stay in Lucca , this place is in a super location, it has anything you may need for your stay, host Eleonora is responsive. The access to the apartment from the street door offers an interesting glimpse of the centuries old structure of the original palace. Recommended.
