Great location, good breakfast and comfortable room!

Very impressed by the size of our room, in which they had set up a cot in for our baby. Used to hotel rooms being very small but this was plenty of space. It also had a big rug and was relatively baby proof. Perfect for our 9 months old, there was very little she could hurt herself on. Breakfast was really good. Didn’t stay long enough to use the pool.

Excellent breakfast and beautiful view from the pool. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

Everything during our stay was great! Bed was one of the most comfortable i have ever slept in! 💗 bathroom- spacious. It has parking which is a big plus, pool looks amazing even out of season. Breakfast was also delicious and the hours are long enough. We enjoyed our stay there!

Hotel was beautiful, room was spacious and clean. Best of all, the staff. They were super sweet and caring, always contributing to creating a lovely environment. Big shout out to Beatriche and Anita who were extremely helpful and lovely. I really recommend this hotel! (Breakfast was very good as well).

The restaurant was fabulous; the beach was super close and felt very private!

Excellent location, clean, good breakfast selection and the friendliest and very professional front desk staff, especially, Sylvia, who checked us in, provided information about the hotel and the area and came running outside to help with our luggage… the hotel has about 7-8 steps to enter.

Everything! The location being right in the city center, the cleaness of the room, nice ocean view and the kind host. The room is modern spacious and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it

Appartamento bellissimo, moderno, pulito, fresco, una sensazione di lusso per un prezzo onesto in Alta stagione. Location stupenda, immersa nel verde, inoltre appartamento silenzioso. Ottima posizione a un passo da tutto(con macchina a noleggio). Viola è stata gentilissima e accogliente, ha fatto il possibile per metterci a nostri agio e creare una visita piacevole.

This is far from a luxury stay but it was perfect for what we needed. We had a car and we barely stayed in town, we were traveling to other parts of costa emeralds. There is a free parking lot in front of the facility which is a huge bonus considering how difficult it is to find street parking and how small the streets are. It was only an 8 minute drive into the center which was convenient. The AC worked well which is much needed in Sardinian heat. It was the cheapest option we found in Olbia and good value for the money.

Big and comfortable room. The balcony as well, was perfect. Parking free.

Augostino, who worked at reception, was exceptional. He was attentive, professional, and eager to solve any issues or requests we had.

Very nice host, provided a lot of information, informed about ZTL zone in advance. Since its in town center, its easy to catch the bus. You can also check-in very late, basically at any time. Very comfortable bed.

Very comfy room and bed, great location, and friendly staff. Already miss the breakfast in the balcony/terrace.

Excellent location and value can not be better. Easy access all around. Simple rooms but all you need. Laundromat nearby was helpful.
