United StatesI really liked the the location and modern amenities of the studio apt. The resort is oceanside and has a lovely private park feel as it is set away from the main road. The room comes with a kitchenette, a nice bathroom, a small dining table and tv/couch area separated from the bed by a divider wall. From the room you can access a large patio with lounge chairs with a seaview and a separate outdoor dining area that is good for families/groups.
The room felt private. Access to the beach is very convenient. Outside the room there is a shared washer and drier for use along with cleaning detergent. The guest service coordinator was very responsive. Note that all communication is through text messaging.
Restaurants, cafés and grocery shopping are in walking distance.

The apartment is in a good location on the outskirts of San Vicenzo, close to main roads, but looking over fields. It's about 1.8Km from the sea.
The shower and swimming pool were excellent. The apartment is spacious, light and easy to cool with the air conditioning. Kitchen facilities include a hob, oven and different options for making coffee.
There is a shared barbecue area.

We had a great stay here. The location right on the beach with chairs and umbrellas was amazing. The garden, little bar, and various sitting areas were delightful and unexpected. The breakfast was delicious, abundant, and so much variety! We traveled by train and found the walk to and from the station to be easy. We enjoyed walking into town for meals as well. I hope we can come back one day!

Perfect location in San Vincenzo. Close to the Port, the Beach and restaurant area. The apartment is big, clean and with a super terrace in front of the sea where you can drink coffee or aperitivo at the sunset or when you like.

This was our second trip to the place. Again we were very happy there and we will definitely come back again. It is truly exceptional - facing the beach, which at the time of the year is not crowded at all. Yet there are very good restaurants within the walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, very well equipped. I definitely recommend the location to those who are looking for comfortable and quiet apartment.

The entire infrastructure is excellent; the location within the agriculture enviornment and the view onto San Vicenzo is spectacular; it's a really relaxing athmosphere. The Breakfast-Buffet is excellent, all with products from the local farmers. The nearby Osteria's provide excellent Tuscany-Specialities and going down to the village of San Vicenzo, only takes you 10 Minutes by car at maximum.

The staff is top notch, our special thanks to Eva and Daniela , they are among the best in this industry , going above and beyond for every guest! We also loved the breakfast, very high quality products , simple but delicious ! The outdoor areas are really relaxing with a fantastic view to the nature. It’s definitely a great place to stay.

Excellent accommodation, great location and helpful and positive staff. Even though we went off-season, we were pleased and hope to visit in a better season.
We thank the employee who upgraded our room. Even though it is off season, there is a nice and satisfying breakfast. There is a closed parking lot with easy entrance and exit, and an indoor pool and jacuzzi that can be accessed at any time you want.

This is the third time we spent our Christmas at Residence Santa Cecilia. As always the staffs are very accomodating, the location is perfect, the appartment is cute and clean, the breakfast is good, the pool and the jacuzzi are very relaxing.
