Breakfast was very good. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Leaning Tower.

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. We had everything we needed, and the owner was very friendly and easy to get in contact with. Great location with walking distance from the beach, city centre and supermarket. By car you are a short drive from Pisa, Lucca and Firenze..Recommended.

It was very nice holiday with our family. location is amazing which is close to city center and the sea. The staff is helpful, they answer all requests via whatapp. There is a closed garage if you come with car. You should reserve it before arrival. It is a paid parking.

The location is close to the train station and the city centre but in a quiet side road. It was possible to take the bicycle into the apartment. The doubleroom was spacious and clean. The communal kitchen is completely new and extremely well equipped, you’ll also find ironing boards and machine and for an extra fee can use the washing machine! The owner is very welcoming and available to answer any questions you might have related to your stay.

Location is perfect, so is the apartment! Apartment has anything and everything you might need. Train station is approx. half hour walk and all locations to be seen in Livorno city center can be easily reached by foot.
Air condition, cooling and heating are perfect. Wi fi perfect. Kitchen perfect, tv in each room, basically everything you need.
The host was one of best I ever met! Instructions for check in and check out, parking, use of all facilities were clear and timely.
High recommendation from us three :)

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my first time in Viareggio. All members of staff were great and very friendly. The balcony and seaview were amazing. The location 20 minutes walk from the train station is ideal, and the supermarket is just a 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants right across the street on the promenade. Will stay here again!
