Apartment with semi-independent entrance on the first floor, without elevator, completely renovated (work completed in September 2024), equipped with 3 large bedrooms and living area with kitchen, sofa, TV, as well as 2 bathrooms and terrace. Excellent solution for those who need to go to the hospital, for those traveling for tourism with a car in tow and for large families / 2 families living together. WI-FI, AIR CONDITIONED IN ALL ROOMS AND PRIVATE FREE PARKING.
The apartment is located 50 meters from one of the entrances of the Pisa Cisanello Hospital, which can therefore be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Also very close are the pharmacy (80 meters) and Ristorante Pizzeria (300 meters). 250 meters away is the urban bus stop that connects to the Central Station and Piazza dei Miracoli. By car, the property is in an ideal position to reach the neighboring towns of Marina di Pisa, Tirrenia, Lucca, Livorno, Pontedera, San Miniato, Volterra and Florence. The road connection (and also by bus) to the Galileo Galilei airport of Pisa (PSA) is really quick.
