United StatesWe could not have asked for a better stay. The location was perfect, a 10ish minute walk from the ferry so we didnt need a car, right on the square with all the restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, so delicious with many options. The bed was SO comfortable, I took a photo of the sheets they were so soft. The whole place was tasteful with so many little touches to make it attractive, homey, and comfortable. What a perfect place.
The owner is amazing, so accommodating, she allowed us to check in early, leave our stuff all day after check out (for no fee) and come back before our ferry to pick it up. My only regret is we didnt stay longer

Great location, very clean apartment, very modern style and balcony with great view (you can hear the hospitals AC when sitting on the balcony but one gets used to it).
Beach just down the stairs (private stairs), probably 10 min walk.
Nothing really to complain.
If I would stay longer, I would appreciate to have a dish washer but for just two nights it didn’t bother us much.
Great check in service and very fast communication when we had questions! Thank you 🙏

Very personal and charming style. The room and bathroom were really nice. Breakfast was served by the owners wife and was like being a guest in a home. The food was varied and good quality.
The location was right in the middle of the restaurant district but still the room was quiet at night.

The location is superb. Really nice beaches at walking distance and also the town of Portoferraio that is always good.
Rooms and facilities looking really good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is super nice as you have an amazing view just in front of you, no better way to start the day.

The gardens and swimming pool area is lovely. Peaceful location with great views from the upper terrace across to the port. Breakfast was very good with friendly staff,, great range of food on available. .

Superb location, exceptionally friendly and very helpful staff at the reception and especially big thanks to Roberto who i could speak to in English. The appartment contained all the needed stuff for perfect stay. Parking right in front of the house. I can only highly recommend this accomodation.

Very convenient location. Angela allowed us to check in early which was great.Ferries and yachts to watch coming and going. Stunning beaches within walking distance. Just a perfect place.
