In fact, we provide our clients with an apartment at Forte Stella, dating back to 1548 and erected by Cosimo I Grand Duke of Tuscany in defense of the city. Made of red brick, it dominates the dock, the cliffs and the city that was once called Cosmopoli. Today inside it is a complex of private homes that enjoy a truly exceptional location, sea and city views! Towels and bed linen are not provided it is possible to rent them with at least 48 hours notice.

Forte Stella Apartment is located inside Forte Stella, in the historic center of Portoferraio. A few minutes walk away you can dive into the crystal clear waters of the biomarine protected beaches of Le Viste and Le Ghiaie. In the evening as you leave the house you can enjoy a brackish aperitif embraced by the cool breeze and enjoy a sea-view dinner.
