Set in a peaceful area just 4.3 mi from Portoferraio, this family-run hotel features an outdoor pool set in a large Mediterranean garden. All bright rooms come with satellite TV, a 2-minute walk from Schiopparello Beach. Sun loungers and parasols are provided on the terrace around the pool at Hotel Tirrena. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding. Elba Golf Club is just 1.2 mi away. Staff can also organize guided mountain bike tours. Rooms have classic furnishings and cool tiled floors. Each includes a private bathroom with toiletry set. Wi-Fi is free in public areas. Breakfast at the Tirrena is a buffet of freshly baked cakes, sweet pastries and fruit preserves. The on-site restaurant serves traditional dishes from Elba, as well as homemade pasta. Ferries from Piombino on the Italian mainland arrive at Portoferraio Harbor, and the journey takes around 50 minutes. Marina di Campo Airport is a 25-minute drive away, and parking is free.
