Located in a privileged position overlooking the coast, it has private unattended parking and a lift. The apartments are located in a renewed in 2024 three-storey building and all have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet connection, Smart TV, safe, induction hobs, column fridge, microwave, kettle and washing machine, bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer . The Sea type has a furnished balcony and lateral sea view. IMPORTANT Any costs expected on site (such as final cleaning, service flat rate, damage deposit, ...) are already included in the total but WILL NOT BE CHARGED directly to your credit card at the time of booking. In fact, they will have to be paid DIRECTLY ON SITE upon arrival at the facility. The property does not provide bedroom and bathroom linen, it is possible to request rental at the time of confirmation by paying a supplement. Groups under the age of 21 are not accepted.

Neighborhood info

At about 220 meters there is the Padulella and at 500 meters Capo Bianco and the Ghiaie, three splendid white pebble beaches all equipped with bathing establishments alternating with free sections with the possibility of renting canoes and pedal boats.
