Stay in great tent with all comfort, totally clean, like new. Soft beds, heating, fridge. Very nice lady ensures the checkin in/out and breakfast in nearby cozy Cafe, the owner with family prepared a Japanese BBQ for us next to the tent, it was so tasty and fun. Location is a pretty little valley with kaki tree orchard, lovely people, great communication ahead of the stay.

The breakfast was amazing, not only did it offer a diverse selection of choices, but it was also incredibly tasty. It might take a while to walk from the closest train station to the hotel though.

This is a beautiful old Japanese house that has be renovated to be super cute and comfortable. It’s very very spacious which we loved and has everything you need. We came here after traveling in Tokyo and Kyoto and absolutely loved staying home relaxing and cooking meals in the kitchen that has it all. The grocery is very close by and has amazing food. Waygu steaks for less than 7$ 😳 and you can also organize a meal to be made by one of the local organic farmers. That was such a treat and highlight of our trip. The host is one of the sweetest more accommodating people ever. We found out before our arrival that we could rent a car due to having the wrong paper work and he picked us up, took us to the grocery store and offered to help us with anything we needed. The nature around this area is so gorgeous so we biked around and walked into dozens and dozens of Sakura trees. We loved our time here, slept super deep and can highly recommend you come stay.

I enjoyed the family room as a solo traveler, plenty of space and the heating was good for me. I chose to stay here because it was too expensive to do temple stay during New Year holiday. The staff were so helpful and the food at the attached restaurant/cafe was delicious^^ I'd love to come back and stay here on my next visit to Koyasan. Very close to bus stop for convenient transport to the top attractions in the town.
