On the airport, although no visible signs to reach it easily. On Haneda airport got Suica!

Place was clean, and everyday change the towels and every 2 clean room

Food at the restaurant is exceptional, breakfast is a must!

Lawrence store on 2nd floor was very convenient with a bid eating area next to it. Seats in lobby. Spa had great Jaccuzi Clean, very comfortable room. Great view from my room on the 25th floor. Pool on 31st floor with great view of the city and river.

Service and location is convenient to enjoy Roppongi.

location to train station and size

The location was central and perfect for us to get into the city/ station and main attractions, but quiet and calm of an evening. The room was good and the staff amazing when needing to transfer into our tour room. Highly recommend, thank you for a great stay!

Brilliant location for exploring Tokyo, close to the main train station. You also get very looked after.

The massage chair in the room was game changer after walking all day. Also had a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower! The restaurant was also good! It was a great location, super close to the train. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Tokyo.

Very close to the station and there was room to store our language within the hotel rooms, all necessary facilities are located on the 20th floor and we also had access to an onsen which was a very nice experience. It was also very useful to have a money to coin exchanger on the same floor as the laundry in case there was a lack of coins.

AMAZING Staff. Great location out of the crowded Shinjuku, but with great walking distance from the station. If you want to take the Airport Limousine Bus to Narita, the stop is just in the hotel. Facilities and ammenities on point. Laundry room with cost. Free luggage storage.

We were a family of 3 in a quadruple room and even though the room was a bit small it worked well for us specially because we had another bathroom just across our room that we could also use. The staff was extremmely helpful and did everything to help us to feel as comfortable as we could be and also receiving and helping us to send our luggage. Akabane is a great neighbour with a lot of shopping and restaurants around (including a Kura Sushi that was not pack as the other branches), and kombinis literally next door. The hotel seems to be far from areas like Shibuya or Harajuku, but with the train station only 2 minutes away, we could easily access those places within 30min max. I strongly reccomend the hotel and the area. We already miss Akabane and the Holic Hotel.

Great location, nice and professional staff, awesome view from room windows

We took express bus from Narita Airport to the nearby stop at Washington Hotel. It took another 8 minutes walk to the hotel. I did not take the breakfast in the hotel. But the bakery at the hotel is so so good. Your staff gave me the info for the transfer of my luggages to another hotel after I returned my Kawaguchiko which is really helpful.

Super clean, super friendly staff, bustle free and really quiet. Free breakfast in the morning, free drinks in the evening. It's in a prime spot in an alley with many food options and only a 3 minute walk to the train station. If you travel light and are there for an extended time, the hotel offers free laundry service with the exception of undergarments. Or if you wish, there is a nice modern laundromat a walkable distance away. I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Tokyo.

The rooms are more spacious than most smaller Tokyo rooms and lots of desk space.

Super nice. If you are traveling in group. it is must stay hotel. More spacious than I anticipated.

Its location, near to subway and JR stations. Lots of food places nearby. Near convenience stores and supermarkets. It’s clean, good value for money as this is a walk-up apartment. It had sufficient utensils to make a simple meal.

I loved everything about this hotel!!!! We’ll be staying again!!

it was so lovely to have an apartment and only way to go to decompress after a bit walking day. We had a great view of the city scape and even got to see Mt Fuji from our room one day. Staff were really helpful. Location is good. train station close by with eating choices and convenience stores. highly recommend

It is spacious, clean, the wifi works fine, very near Yotsuya station.
