The location is perfect for exploring on foot. You can easily access a shopping mall, a park, a restaurant, and the beautiful Ferris Hill. We stayed in a family room that included a kitchenette, and utensils are available upon request. The staff truly stands out as the highlight of this hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of healthy and authentic Japanese dishes. Additionally, a convenience store is conveniently located next to the hotel lobby, and the availability of a public restroom is another great feature.

Spa at 25th floor is fantastic. I really love it. 2,000 JPY a day for overnight parking fees was a bit too much for hotel guests.

The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a quiet part of Susukino yet close to the main crossroads where the Nikka san is. It's within walking distance to the airport shuttle and Nijo market, and although getting to Sapporo station involves a bit of a walk, the underground shopping tunnel makes it easy to reach, even if you're tired. The hotel was very clean and provided a great amenity package. I especially liked the women's toner, emulsion, and cleanser set. The public bath at the top floor was a highlight, and the addition of an outdoor bath made the experience feel even more special. The hotel staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the door lock at one point, but it was resolved promptly, which we really appreciated. It seems the hotel offers a good breakfast at a very reasonable price. I didn't include breakfast in my booking this time since there are so many options nearby - Nijo market, for example, opens early and is just a short walk from the hotel. We actually wanted to try the hotel breakfast, but it was fully booked and they couldn't accept walk-ins. If you're interested in their breakfast, I would recommend adding it to your reservation for one or two days, just in case.

Also close to New Chitose limousine bus stop. Free Shuttle bus service to Sapporo Station Very close to convenient stores, Lawson and 7-11

Near Sapporo station gate,You still hear the train voice but not that loud,so.. you can still sleep.I accidently booking smoking room but i don't want to change it because they have air filter (?) there, it's very comfortable.

Absolutely love staying here the room layout was fantastic. Was a huge fan of the sauna both my husband and I used our respective gendered sauna and we’re often times the only person in there! Beds were very comfortable and they even gave us extra pillows upon request! The late night ramen was delicious and the perfect snack!

The best location to stay. MRT is connected to the hotel basement and linked to all the malls and other stations along the way. Very convenient to go out even if it’s raining or snowing . Very good service too.

A wonderful boutique hotel right in front of Odori Park. The location is close to everything you need. It is clean, comfortable and well designed.
