I loved the location! You can almost jump from the balcony in the sea, and yet the place is quiet during rhe night and you sleep very well. It is very well covered by the services (3 supermarkets if not more, market, all the restaurants, taxi boats ecc). The owners are invisible if you don't need them, but veeery present if you do. Loved them! Will surely go back next year

The location is great: just 2 minutes walking to reach a beach.
The view from our room was also very good.
The owners of the hotel and the personnel were extremely polite.

Marvellous apartment with a perfect location. Even better from the photos. The lady was very nice and let us check in late. No words can describe the sea view from the enormous terrace.
Definitely it’s a must to book. (Talking about the presidential suite)

Location is PERFECT, the view is AMASING! The terrace is very big, and it gives mesmerising 180° view of the bay.
Apartment is spacious, equipped with pretty much everything you need.
Breakfast is excellent, good quality and variety of food.

Very nice, big appartment with great view from the balcony. Comfortable beds, huge bathrooms. We had everything what we needed. One bed sheet was missing, but the owner brought us on request, he was available. The location is really good, restaurants, shops nearby, Budva is also in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was really clean and nice. Location was good as well but we had some difficulties to find it. It has easy parking facilities even for a van. Hotel personnel was really very nice and helpful. The breakfast was really amazing
