We had such a wonderful stay at Camp River! The hosts were amazing – always kind, smiling, and making us feel at home from the very first moment. The whole place is very clean and well taken care of. The food was delicious, with generous portions that kept us more than satisfied, and we really enjoyed the good beer and wine 😀. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro – we’ll definitely come back!

The owner was super friendly! He greeted us with wine and cake and helped us with everything, even taking us to the boat tour and picked us up!

We enjoyed our three night stay at the Hotel Pelikan. Despite being located in a busy section of town, our room was surprisingly quiet despite the outside noise. Our room was small, basic and matched the pictures online plus comfortable and clean. Check in/out was smooth and easy, which included a welcome drink. Free street parking is available but can be crowded at times (although we always found a spot). The wifi connection was spotty. The breakfast was good with varied menu choices. Despite what's mentioned in other reviews we were asked but not pressured to book a boat tour. We elected not to which was fine with the hotel staff.

Fantastic stay with an incredible host! This apartment Villagio is in a truly fantastic location. With peaceful surroundings with stunning mountain views, it provided the perfect tranquil escape. In the apartment we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional host. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had a memorable trip. From showing us around the area to taking us on a fascinating tour of his family's traditional olive oil factory, his hospitality was absolutely AMAZING! This personal touch added a truly authentic and enriching dimension to our holiday. Highly recommended for those seeking a quiet getaway with a genuine local experience!

It is truly a rare experience to discover a place while traveling that immediately feels like home, and this was certainly the case for us at Marco's place with him and Sonja taking so much care of the guests. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at this place which is filled with kindness, beauty, and respect for nature. We would be delighted to return in the future. The rooms were equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and the garden provided a lovely space to relax. The surrounding region offers many, many opportunities for exploration (we loved the recommended hike to the waterfall), although we were unable to see everything during our four-day visit. The availability of bikes was also a big advantage for us, as we were traveling without a car.

It was so peaceful. The birds were really putting on a show and the view is stunning. The cottage is really well done. Marko has done an amazing job making it a sanctuary for his guests. We decided to have the dinner and breakfast prepared by his mother and it was perfect. I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Amazing family, great energy, lots of animals and beautiful nature. It's like living in a post card. I highly recommend.

Perfect location to visit Virpazar! It is in the heart of the town but still very quiet. The hosts were very friendly and kind. I got a small injury when I arrived in town and they helped me by calling a taxi for me and making sure I was okay

Welcomed with juice and Turkish coffee and then homemade doughnuts and cheese . Excellent host. Lovely suite with balcony overlooking the river and boats . Fantastic value .Parking on site Highly recommend . Boat tour organised on our arrival

The place was clean, the balcony was lovely very private and we loved the view . Lady owner gave us a kettle which was a bonus . Location is excellent too .

We had a lovely stay at Miona’s. The host were so nice and helpful. Small gestures like juices or a piece of cake, make us felt welcomed :) We totally recommend the room which were clean and comfortable.

Hosts !! Amazing people!! so approachable. From the first minute you feel like at home. We asked for a dinner at short notice and we really appreciated the effort hosts made to accommodate it for us. Once again : THANK YOU SO MUCH. The dinner was perfect : fish , salad , desserts and wine for 10 euro per person. Unforgettable experience . The accommodation is exceptionally clean ! and it has got everything what you need for self catering. In the fridge you can find some home made products : vine , Rakija etc... plus fruits!! .Sweets and chocolates in the bedroom, hot and cold drinks on arrival. The little garden where you can sit and relax , eat ,drink and enjoy the lake view is an extra bonus. The location is great!!!! within 3 minutes you can reach the food supermarket, local market with all sorts of goods and restaurants. Lake Skadar It is the largest lake in the world so if you want to go on the lake boat cruise it is the best place to stay in as : the owners can take you there for little money or you can buy the ticket for the boat trip in the nearby located offices ( no more than 5 minutes walk from the accommodation) . The area is very peaceful ,so very recommended for mental health wellbeing . For a physical wellbeing too as you can walk ,cycle or drive on remote paths , roads.

The property was great! Exceptional place! And the host was the best. He was very very helpful and made our trip great!

Apartment was small but great for us. We were the only ones there so no noise issues and we had the outside dining area to ourselves. We were able to lock our bikes to the railing outside. Host was responsive with checking information. Thanks for a great stay.

First of all, I would like to thank our host Sara for the amazing welcome, kindness and all the recommendations regarding restaurants and food. She is a true professional in every sense of the word. The apartment was extremly clean, spatious and the bed is super comfortable. Our stay was beyond what we have expected. We highly recommend it!

The apartment was spacious, clean and with great views! The location was excellent for exploring the lake and surrounding villages. Zoran was kind, helpful and a wonderful host! His team for the boat tours was also great and it was very convenient to book with them.
