The staff were phenomenal! The beach was beautiful it was fantastic!

Fantastic place, right at the beach, where you can see hatching turtles and beautiful corals and fish to the right from the hotel at the pierce. Clean swimming pools and friendly staff. We loved our ocean view villa!

Everything was great. The staff were helpful. Meals were delicious, especially the a la carte restaurants. We would return again without hesitation.

The food was excellent, fresh and great taste.

This is the second time we have stayed at Izamal Plaza and we will stay there again the next time we’re in Izamal. Large, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Secure parking. Excellent rooftop sitting area and the location is great for walking around the Yellow City.

The little pool in the back felt like a little piece of heaven. Tony greeted us as we were getting out of the shuttle making arrival completely stress free. Beautiful accommodations and proximity to an excellent beach restaurant with vegan options…perfect vacation.

I like that it was Very clean and the beds were brand new, I was able to acomódate my family of 7 very confortable.

Great location and hosts. Right in the center of the Pueblo with all the local quiet activity. Across the street from the combies for PDC and Tulum. Rent bikes around the corner for cenotes and the beach. Have Eduardo take you on bikes to the cenotes. Fun to sit out with Marco’s excellent capuchino and watch the world go by

Absolutely loved everything from start to finish. Extremely secluded and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Not only was it in an ideal location but the host was extremely accommodating. She found us two bicycles that allowed us to get around town. She didn't charge for them. She also had lots of recommendations for places to go and things to do in the LOCAL area.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Especially for the price and proximity to the water. It’s in a protected cove with coral. I’m an open water swimmer and I picked this property to be able to swim and it was perfect. It’s a great place to stay too if you want to snorkel right in front of the property.
