Very nice, modern, and clean place. Easy high-tech entry system and a sweet, helpful host. The location is perfect a mall across the street, another big mall right next to it, and a great café just 100 yards away.
Only suggestion (for many places in Mexico) would be adding a small bidet sprayer in the bathroom.
Overall, a wonderful stay!

ArgentinaEverything is fine in the hotel and the room and the service and the staff. At first, I was surprised by the concept that you can't drive to the hotel by your own car, but only by golf cart. But then you realise that the instant transfer service and clean air are great. All movements around the hotel by golf cart. Nice room. Great pools and a water park. It's convenient that all additional expenses are charged to the room and you don't have to carry anything with you. The concierge service works perfectly. Especially the first shift in our hotel. Thank you. I recommend it.

Great location for downtown Cancun. On a busy street so felt safe and 24hr reception. Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend if you want to explore downtown and walkable to the Ado bus station.

Amazing hostel! one of the nicest I have ever stayed in!!! Great facilities with pool, working space, restaurant and so on! Sad I only stayed 1 night!!! Please go here if you are in Cancun! Amazing place!! It is also in a great location in downtown Cancun.

The location was super, it was quiet and central in downtown. The staff is super nice and helpful, we were able to change our room from ground floor to upper floor to have more light and air in the room. This was perfect, we really enjoyed the room and spacious bathroom! Thanks a lot, we’d come back :)

Good downtown location 5 mins walk from ADO bus station, with many eating places nearby. It’s a modern hotel with reasonable sized room and good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

The outside pool was a good length but the jacuzzi was broken and only 3-4 old dirty lounger beds by the pool.

Felt secure, Bank is near by so lots of security so felt pretty safe, downtown location, bar upstairs. Water bottles included, fridge . ADO is less then 10min away from the hotel. Bus R1, R2 is just around the corner.

Good location. Walking distance almost for all the points of interest in city center and close to bus stops that goes to the beach. Not so close by walking for the bus station for the buses of the airport.

Exceptionally friendly host, excellent location, exactly four minutes from ADO stop and very safe. I could walk alone early morning at around 4:30 am to take the ADO bus to airport. Lots of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. R1 bus stop to downtown is two minutes away. Great value for money. Lovely views from the terrace

Pleasant stay and good location. It was in the downtown district but on a quiet street so you can get a good night's sleep. Bed was comfy and the room was clean. A/C was brilliant. Great stay for the price.

A very nice hotel, charming layout and communal areas, great location for downtown and bus station. Only drawback was that immediately outside our room was the inhouse tattoo parlor, which meant lights on and group gatherings at most times, which was not great for sleeping. we can still recommend the place and enjoyed our time.

The hotel was nice, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was so lovely and helpful at all times. The location is also convenient if you're looking to stay in Downtown Cancun since we pretty much walked to all the bars/restaurants in the area.
