Everything, extremely good service

Excellent location, very kind personnel, affordable price, nice and clean rooms. Love a lot of pillows and that were between soft and firm! Love it!

I go to morelia at least 4 times a year and i have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for the past 5 years, great location, great price, clean and comfortable. I will always go back to this hotel no question 👍🏼

Excellent breakfast. Everything was nice and clean, people at the reception very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at the comfort Inn. It was close to a event we were attending. It is conveniently located next to several restaurants, a barber shop and hair salon. The facility was very clean. We had secured parking. Overall great

The view was very beautiful, as well as the bathroom being super clean, and loved that they accepted Apple Pay.

The room was OK. Spilled water on the floor and wiped it up with one of their towels. It was disgusting. Do not think that they clean the room floors very often. Bring socks to protect your feet.

The cleanliness and staff were amazing

Very friendly staff, Salvador was very helpful and checking in was quick, room was nice and quiet, very close to downtown morelia,the cathedral was just a 5 minute walk, I was very happy with everything, thank you! I definitely will stay here again.

Super charming. Was concerned about having our hotel room door right off the main lobby but it was very quiet! Deco was nice, attention to detail apparent.

Location, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are huge and comfortable, based on the hotel stay, staff, looks and food, I would have paid more for this stay.
