Very clean and great location to all attractions. Parking (on site) and breakfast buffet included. Clean, thick towels and linens changed EVERY day. Excellent beds AND pillows, nice glassed in shower with hot water and great water pressure.

Amazing breakfast WOW!! And the breakfast staff are absolutely wonderful. The overnight parking lot is excellent as we needed something secure. Hotel is on the busiest road in all of Orizaba so I was concerned about road noise but we got a room facing nothing (away from the street) and it was quiet. Everything was very clean and they had nice hot water. All in all what we needed. The little restaurant in front was also excellent and a great value. Strict 3pm check in.

This was my second stay at Estacion Alameda. I very much enjoy this property. It is far enough away from the main drag/tourist area to be quiet but close enough to walk to. Staff always goes above and beyond.

Locación was ideal, verdad clase to mano places i visited.

The location is excellent, the bed is comfortable, nice view to the hill and teleferic, clean room. access to clean tap water and bottled water.

Decorated so beautifully. Loved the gorgeous courtyard, coffee shop, breakfast room.

I like the attentive reception, like large parking, like that the rooms are on the side street, not on the main street. Good central location.

My wife and I shared the room and almost daily we had to ask for a 2nd bath towel and a wash cloth. One day we had no shampoo or soap. The staff gladly obliged, but asking was unnecessary.

Everything about this place was amazing. The staff was very sweet and helpful. Even after we checked out our luggage that was lost at the airport was delivered there and they took excellent care of it and informed us as soon as it arrived. They went above and beyond for us. Thats great customer service. Will definitely book there again.

11-minute walk from the bus terminal, in a good location with many attractions within walking distance. The room was clean, with a nice view of the hill from the window. Make sure to book a room with a bathroom if that’s what you prefer. It can get loud at night if people (and children) are right outside your door.

I loved being greeted by Lluvia , the sweet dog that belongs to the owner. Everytime I came back to the hotel Lluvia was there to greet me. My room had a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and caffe pot. Lovely balcony on the street, and early in the morning from the balcony the snow cap of Pico de Orizaba was visible. The bathroom shower was large and so were the bath towels. I would describe the place more of a bed and breafast, without breakfast.
