⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the Best Budget Stays We've Had Before booking, I recommend checking out the reviews and photos from previous guests to manage your expectations. For us, it was a really good experience — definitely worth what we paid for a one-night stay. So far, this is one of the best low-cost accommodations we’ve stayed in. As a tourist, I always look for a clean place with useful inclusions, and this one checked most of the boxes. The room felt just like our master bedroom at home. It had everything we needed — a small fridge, cabinet, hair dryer, a sink outside the bathroom, a bit of storage space, TV, aircon — everything except a flat iron. But overall, it was clean, comfortable, and cozy. One thing I really appreciated was that they let us leave our things earlier than check-in time since we had a morning tour. They even offered to bring our stuff to the room once it was ready, and everything was safe and secure. Another bonus — it’s super close to the South Bus Terminal, around a 3–5 minute walk, which is perfect for DIY travelers like us.

The rooms are big and clean. There is hot and cold water dispenser near the front desk.

Great value, with a large balcony, kitchen and dining area and two bedrooms. Great location with local eateries around, and very courteous staff. Would highly recommend.

Ferry arrival rescheduled and delayed but no problem checking in at 0430. Hotel two minutes Walk from the ferry. Lovely staff. Go for the breakfast buffet. Magnificent.

They were very nice and hospitable. There is free purified water. The mall is just around the corner. The room is clean and comfortable.

The place really exceeded my expectations. The room is very clean, everything I needed is all present, it has a dedicated wifi inside the room, TV has Netflix which surprised me as this was not included in the listing. Has its own mini ref and kitchen tools, everything is working well especially the air-conditioning unit and the shower heater. The location is very convenient too, it is near the Capitol Bldg. and the Lagoon. If you feel like going for a run in the morning or night time, you can do it anytime as the Lagoon is a place where you see a lot of people jogging around. McDonalds, Jollibee, KFC, Chowking and convenient stores are also nearby. Across the Lacson street is also a place where you'll see a variety of street foods. Overall the accommodation is 100/10. Thanks to my host! I will surely stay here again.

Accessibility and cleanliness
