United StatesThis was my first visit to the Philippines. This hotel is located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Olongapo City. There is a pool and free breakfast was available at a little cafe next store. The hotel had WiFi as well. The room was clean and comfortable, but what stands out the most is the excellent customer service. Celine and Andrea were very helpful and pleasant.

Some lights are not working, some plugs are not working too, Lampshed switches, no separate switch dedicated solely, Remote Control not working for the digi Box. Maintnenance personnel should check everything in the room everytime a guest may check in or check out to make sure everything is working properly.

Nice hotel with a great price and onsite parking. Rooms are good, beds are comfortable and bathroom is clean and functional. Airco is cold although a little loud but at least the bed is not in the airstream. Personnel is friendly and breakfast was tasty. Location is excellent, parking is available on site and right on the beach.

Convenient location to explore Olangapo. Many interesting and good eats nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful too although a later checkout time would have been nice (for a shower) when there were ample vacancies.

The location was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. It was minutes from the boardwalk and also minutes from the stores and cafes. Given the price of the hotels nearby, I would recommend this place any day.

Location is perfect, there's available safe parking spaces if you're bringing your own vehicle, convenience store, different restaurants available within the area. Korean restaurant Sonamu was good! There was some cookies, crackers and drinking water available for the guests inside the room. The place is safe for your stay.

Clean, comfortable, wonderful staff, easy check in. Swimming pool was open till late which allowed us a lovely night swim. The location was great as it was next to the beach, next to the inflatable island and near stores i case you need any last minute things.

Breakfast friendly staff at the pool ground floor restaurant. Rooms are okay, but sadly you can hear noise a bit from other rooms..... The location is a big plus and also the parking area under the Hotel. i go definitely back again....
