The staff are very approachable and always attend to needs immediately or as soon as the soonest possible time. The property is located near Alona beach so it is not in a crowded area, so for me, it is an advantage. They have restaurant which cooks fast. The foods they served are well-prepared and good to taste and the price is just right ( the price is cheaper compared to Alona beach restaurants). There is a free transport service to and from Alona beach and is always available anytime. The rooms are well- maintained in terms of cleanliness.

Probably the best hotel we stayed in this trip. Super clean, huge pool with access straight from your balcony, rooms are very well equipped, bed was super comfortable. Stuff was super nice to us - always smiling, helping us with our questions.. I’d recommend this place to everyone, especially if you drive scooter, as this place located 2 kilometers from Alona Beach

It was an amazing experience and one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The hotel has a brilliant layout, which is why it's never crowded and gives you a feeling of privacy and leisure luxury even when it's fully booked during the holiday season. The staff reacts to your requests immediately and in a very friendly manner. We booked all our activities with our concierge Jack who was extremely helpful. The territory is beautiful, including the beach, and the food is superb. The massage and SPA corner were a whole separate delight.

The host Mae, is very sweet and accommodating. She went off of her way to make sure I had everything I need. The room was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and fresh water. The bathroom is spacious and the 60 inch smart TV was nice to watch movies on. They have a beautiful pool that the owner cleans daily and the rooftop decks on each unit really add another dimension to the room. The mini split AC kept the room chilled and the ceiling fans inside, on the front porch and on the rooftop deck kept me cool and comfortable. The wifi worked great. It's close to Alona and centrally located but it can be a little tricky to find. Once you find it you'll be happy every time you come home. Great place for me. I'll always stay here when I'm in panglao!!

Chris and Chatty prepared a primer (suggested activities, food, rentals, etc.), which really helped in our trip. Stiffany, the caretaker, was quick to respond and was in the area most of the time. Even the hosts themselves were quick to respond through the app. The property itself is a trike ride away from most activities in Panglao and is around 3-5 mins away from the airport. Toiletries, towels, and other essentials were provided.

Great place to stay in Panglao. The rooms are made with much love to detail and had everything you would need. The owners are great and offer an optional breakfast and much advice for activities.The location is central and easy to walk anywhere, but set back from the noisy main street so you get a good night sleep. Friendly dogs and a cat on the property you can give a cuddle if you like.

Wow! The best hotel we did in Panglao so far. The resort has the best location for the beach (their private beach is the best part of Dumaluan). The breakfast is really good! Good restaurant for lunch and dinner.

it is a nice resort. cleanliness more then 10 points. Rooms are good size, new ac, good shower with hot water, good wifi, comfy bed. nice garden view, clean pool. Location is quit far away from city centre but you can rent a motorbike or take a tuk tuk. But around that area are few good restaurants to take a dinner or breakfast. Also Mangrove resort provide food so you can take a breakfast or dinner. we tried breakfast it was tasty but in my opionion overprice. the staff is nice.

A quiet peace of heaven! Great location, very friendly hosts and a lovely pool to relax in. It's about 10-15 minute walk from the busy city centre, which is great. We would recommend staying here and we would definitely book this again! 10/10!

The resort has a nice garden and a pool. Our apartment was nice and clean, staff were always helpful. Breakfast was tasty, and they had European and Filipino choices. The location is also good, the city centre is 15 minutes walking distance.

Probably best place to stay in Philippines. It is quiet place with no chickens, so first time we had chance to sleep without hearing those roosters whole night. Whole place is like peace of heaven on earth so if you are looking where to stay, this is it :). Owners and staff are really friendly and helpful so we felt like we could stay forever.

Best place to stay in Panglao, located just 5 min walk from the beach and 10min via tuk tuk to busy Panglao centre ( Alona beach ). Owners are super nice , good size villa with a great AC. Food in the resort restaurant is great but takes a while - still you must try it . The resort offers help with scooter rental and island activities to book. I highly recommend this place.

For very nice yet affordable accomodations right on Alona Beach, Hayahay is the place to stay. There are two locations near each other, and at the newer one the rooms are on the small side but remarkably well deigned and furnished, and each has it's own little outside sitting area. Hayahay is really a bargain at the price. Newly renovated, with a friendly and helpful staff; if we go back I would happily stay there again.
