Beautiful hotel; great location; super friendly and helpful staff

The receptionist Alexandru was very helpful at our request. The breakfast was good, little diversified and tasty. Very good cookies :) The Hugo limonade is the best!! The restaurant meniu is interesting.

Bed was sooooo comfy. Staff were amazing.

Honestly, everything is located in the heart of the old town, new building, very quiet and secured. If you want really enjoy your staying in Bucharest book with this.

It was very close to the metro and very central in town. It also seemed BRAND NEW on the inside and outside. It was very clean and everything was cleaned on schedule. The hotel even packed our breakfast for us as we were leaving before the hotel’s buffet opened one day. Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel good breakfast good location

I arrived earlier than the check-in, either way, I was given access not only to the facilities but also the bathrooms and common areas. Everything was perfect, there were also many bathrooms and showers so there was always one available.

I stayed for three nights at the Minerva Hotel in Bucharest, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-managed, making my stay truly enjoyable. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding professionalism of two reception staff members, Razvan and Vlad. Throughout my stay, they were consistently helpful, attentive, and exceptionally professional. Their positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction made a noticeable difference. As someone holding a Master’s degree in Business Management, I pay close attention to service quality and personnel performance. If I were in the position of the owner, I would strongly consider promoting both Razvan and Vlad into higher roles, as their work ethic and customer-oriented approach clearly add great value to the hotel. Thank you for providing such a pleasant stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Bucharest.

Amazing place with quite good design. Extremely good location in Old town. Direct bus line 783 from the airport - 45min 13 stops. Near Metro M2 line and about 500m from M3 line. Quiet and nice. The owner was very kind and replied to me very fast and correct. The place is the same as the photos in profile. Nothing hidden or different.

Great location with a reasonable price. And the staff were very helpful to let us check in before the written time in the description.

Beautiful view & lots of sunlight

The staff is very helpful. I was using crutches at the moment of my stay and they helped me a lot. Clean and nice place to stay in the city center. Totally recommended!
