CanadaVery friendly staff. We had a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and the staff were very accomodating. I can't remember the name of the lady that checked us in but she was awesome. So helpful!
Amy at the bar was a great host, very friendly and welcoming.
Hotel beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Very happy with our stay and would definitely book again.

The room size is quite good but more suitable for 3 adults than 4 person. The breakfast included in the price gave a good start to our days. The hotel is very close to the metro and the city center could be reached in half an hour.

No problem checking in, but the room was exceptionally small for the price. I have never stayed in a room that small before. The location was convenient, and the room was clean, it was just very small.

The location was great! Right on King Street. Alexandria old town is so pretty. We will return!
The hotel staff were polite. We checked in very late as we were in DC for the day. The night manager gave us snacks and water. And we could also get milk at a small price for my kids.
The room was spacious and clean.

Our room was spacious. The hotel has a great location, close to all amenities and King Street. The 24-hour gym, although very small, was easy to access. The restaurant downstairs was quite nice and offered happy hour oysters.

AKA Hotel is simply great. I stayed there for 5 nights, so believe I can say I had decent time to experience it.
I liked pretty much everything about it.
Staff is super friendly.
Facilities, at least the ones I used, are great, loved the cinema room.
Location in Alexandria, walking distance to Waterfront and King’s street.
