Places to Stay in Gatlinburg

The pools were excellent! Cafe was good and friendly staff

The view was amazing, the location good, especially the trolley route, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast bar was ok, not bad but not outstanding, we did not try the omelet station, the staff at the restaurant were very nice with the exception of the one refilling the buffet, he was rude about the gravy top that was malfunctioning. We ate at the The Vista Grill for the evening meal, it was fast service, staff friendly and the food was very good. We got a pizza at Salamander Cove near the pool, the menu was very limited and not what was advertised, but the pizza we ordered was hot and good. The pool is great for every age level. The hotel was clean, the lobby spacious, parking was a breeze, and once again, the trolley service was a good choice.

The location was amazing to everything. The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff was awesome.

Loved the location! Quiet, yet walking distance from the Gatlinburg strip. The balcony was wonderful, and the moving water drowns out noise from traffic. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was beautiful and clean.

Had a queen suite, lots of room. It was very comfortable. Having a tv in the bedroom area and a tv in the living area was great.

Jess was great along with the other workers. The beds were so comfy and we had a great night's sleep! I only wish we had stayed longer than one night to experience more the location had to offer. We did eat breakfast there and it was delicious! I loved that they have vegan options and understand what vegan is. Their dinner menu looked great as well. We enjoyed the smores although it was unfortunately too hot for the fire. A fall visit would be fabulous! We played games (I would suggest a better selection). Bathroom in the tent was amazing! Bed and Bathroom are the two things as I get older that I miss while camping.

Fabulous location on the river and the balcony was awesome at all times of the day. Room was excellent just an all round superb experience. Walked outside on arrival and straight into the Mountain Coaster then a short walk onto Main St. Incredible value for money at the beginning of May.

Did eat breakfast but I'm thinking it was good tho

The room was exceptional and great value for money. The room was 250 feet away from the main street. Great location. The room has all facilities. Coffee machine, ironing board etc etc. There is 24 hrs free coffee at the lobby. I drove in from Nashville where my daily car parking fees was the same price as this room :-( .
