Beautiful hotel perfectly situated to enjoy the town. The rooms and baths are huge, clean, and very tastefully decorated. For me, it was an unexpected, oh wow, experience. Parking is on the street and was no issue. There are plenty of spaces and no crime in the area. The price is amazing. The one potential issue would be the lack of an elevator. If the first floor is booked, you'll have to take the gorgeous stairs. Extra points, a lot of extra points, for providing a real coffee pot with fresh ground coffee that doesn't come in a plastic bag and big porcelain mugs to drink it from.

Fantastic location overlooking the Ohio River, and less than a minute from historic Madison. Quaint facilities, well maintained and spotlessly clean! Lovely, helpful staff, personable proprietor/barkeep. Great deck where guests enjoy each other’s company, good drinks, great live music, and river barges sailing by under the bridge to Kentucky. Just a great, great place!

I loved this hotel. This was first visit to Madison and I had no idea what a great town this was. This hotel towers over downtown and is a great place to stay! Wonderful facility and exceptional staff made my overnight time here exceptional! Hope to come back again soon! Love the area! My room was comfortable and quiet and after a nice hot shower I slept like a baby all night! Breakfast was adequate but the wonderful dining area made it special.

It is such a welcoming place to stay. There are so many “homey” comforts while staying here. The restaurant downstairs always has great food and good service!

The view was beautiful and the balcony was private. We were on the third floor and could see the bridge crossing over to Kentucy and the view of downtown Madison to the Smoke stacks towards Cliffy Falls.

Accommodated us with a smile on short notice after a problem with a different hotel. The wifi was down across the entire town, but their positive attitude and willingness to do whatever they could to help was wonderful! This will be my preferred place to stay in Madison from now on!

Pool was awesome for our 3 boys. Location was beautiful. Drove to most trailheads but parking was easy. The hotel was decorated for fall and lovely- very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony room, our kids watched boats go by on the river. We would stay again.
