AustraliaWe loved the location as it provided some peace away from the hectic pace of Broadway, but only a few blocks away from the action. The room was magnificent with it's country and western themed decor. The bar had live music and the food was excellent. The bar next door also had wonderful cocktails and food. Overall it was the best place we could have stayed in beautiful, downtown, vibrant Nashville. We were there for a show at the Ryman and the room even provided us with a view of the iconic theatre !!!

United StatesI loved the vibe of the hotel, although I didn't like the entrance much. Would have been nicer to have reception on the first floor instead of an empty room. Valets were not often available if you didn't use the app so it felt out of place for such a nice hotel otherwise.

Great location even though it was about 20 minutes walking into Downtown Nashville. Other than that I couldn’t fault anything, the views on the Cumberland River were mesmerising. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings watching the activities

The hotel is nice and safe and staff very welcoming on arrival. Room was very spacious and the beds were comfy. Air conditioning worked well, thankfully! I really liked the fact there was free coffee, tea and ice cold water in the lobby all day. Free breakfast was nice: porridge, fruit, bagels, eggs, and juice in the lobby from 6.30am-10am. The location is great - walkable to Downtown, The Gulch, Centennial Park, and a slightly longer walk over to Bicentennial Park, Nashville Farmers Market and lovely Germantown.

Room was clean, a good size, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great. The AC unit in the room was powerful and well suited to deal with the Tennessee heat. Staff were super friendly, especially the cleaning staff. Location was good, located on a main road right into Nashville city centre, though we had a car for our trip. The parking is also free which is greatly appreciated.

Location was perfect for enjoying Downtown Nashville on foot. Close to Broadway and all the major things to do in that area. Room was nice with details in the decor. Welcome drink at check in and bag holding for us until the room was ready were both nice to have too. Cute bar and coffee/sandwhich shop and gift shop off the lobby.

This hotel was quiet and I was able to sleep without any issues. The location is about a 15-minute drive north of downtown. Continental breakfast (muffins, bagels, yogurt, juice, waffles) was included.
