Beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden and an old history. Very good location with the fenicular so close by to downtown. The room was excellent with a beautiful lake view. The staff was execptionally friendly. Very good breakfast.

The location is perfect. The view is jaw dropping. And there is a normal bus line which can bring you to the city centre (and then back) in 15 mins.
The communication was very welcoming and helpful. The check-in instructions were great.

I booked the apartment the same morning of my stay and everything went incredibly smoothly! The host was only a text message or phone call away and possible concerns were taken seriously and also taken care of right away!
The apartment was very clean and the location is ideal (short bus ride away from the city center and the bus stop is only a 2-minutes-walk from the apartment).

This is a beautiful place to stay. Despite being winter we ate our lunch on the deck both days. The accommodation was warm, tastefully decorated, clean and well equipped. A central location and a 800metre walk to the train(with a little hill) and a short bus/walk to cafes and shops. Nice attractions and activities. We caught a bus to the base of the San Salvatore Mountain and walked to the top and also did the olive Tree Walk.

The Location was very central, very close to the Lugano lake and city center.
Instructions on how to get the key was very clear, as well as how to park the car in the garage.
Free Garage parking was a big advantage.
Sun light on the balcony lasts almost entire day, because it is not blocked by any other buildings.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean. The location was close to downtown. We wanted 3 separate sleeping areas and we got them. Two double beds were comfortable. We asked for an additional blanket and it was provided.

Location is great. Just a short ride from Lugano city center. The view is just amazing. The hotel provides you with Ticino Ticket. So you can use public transport for free.

Place is more suitable for 4 instead of six. Owner is very ‘ precise’ with the kitchen cutlery and coffee tablets allocation. All are prepared for 4 persons only despite the place is claim suitable for 6. Location is however perfect, near to bus station and city center.

This apartment was exactly how it was listed. It was spacious and very clean. There were easy instructions in how to use certain amenities in the apartment which was great. They also have an adapter for you which saved us during our stay. We found the the washing machine and dryer to be very useful for us, as well as the coffee machine which we were SO happy with. The location is very close to supermarkets and Lake Lugano. Check in was a very easy process. Not much to fault. Thank you for a lovely stay.
