Definitely our favourite place to stay in Patagonia. The location was quiet and serene, but still close to all the main streets, restaurants, shops, etc. Beautiful room with a great bed and big shower (which was amazing after our big hike). The receptionist was always super helpful and had AMAZING recommendations for food and coffee spots. We really appreciated being able to check in a bit early as well when we got back from our hike. The little gift shop in the front is also very cute, with some unique locally made artwork and clothing.

Juan was very friendly. You can place your stuff for free for a couple days when you go hiking in Torres del Paine. Early breaktfast available. Perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales

We stayed here before and after our O trek. It had everything we needed - comfy beds, good showers with hot water, free luggage storage for our eight days in the park, and an excellent breakfast that started early enough for us to eat before catching the 6:45 am bus to the park. Location was perfect with a short walk to the bus station and city center. Staff was very accommodating with our early-late arrival/departure times.

Newly renovated/built houses, well equipped and nicely furnished. Door code was very convenient. I was worried about some comments on not having blackout curtains but at least the rooms had. The bathrooms and their showers were amazing. Location is excellent, very close to the city center with all the restaurants and travel agencies. Parking within closed space.

Perfect location, right at the city center. They had a welcome drink at the rooftop bar with nice city and lake views. The reception staff, Fernandez, was above and beyond. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The breakfast was great with the perfect scrambled egg.

The location is very good. It nears the bus terminal, which is important if you go to Puerto Natales for the Torre del Paine National Park. Within 5 minutes distance one can find good cafes and restaurants, 10 minutes to the downtown and the sea. The reception people are very friendly and helpful. They provide big locker for at least two backpack size with reasonable fee. Also they offer walking poles to borrow (for free)!

Very friendly staff, always helpful if you have a problem or question. Private room with bathroom was good, didn’t miss anything. Location is close to the busstation and 15 minute walk from the centrum. Had a lovely stay!

Nice cosy, well appointed and warmly heated apartment. Easy for access to the city centre, grocery shopping and restaurants. Good building security. Quite neighbourhood given we were Thursday-Sunday booked. Easy access to te shore water front for exercising. Great family location.

The hostel itself is perfect, the only downside is the location, the hostel is at the seaside and the views from the the common area are wonderful however it takes about 25 minutes to walk to the city centre.

You still get the famous muffins. Great! Good location, you can walk to the city center and also to the Bus Sur station. Parking in front of the house. Good shower. The property is close to a major road, but there is no disturbing noise since the rooms are in a sort of backyard setting.

Good location: one block from Plaza de Armas, which denotes the city centre. A selection of stores and cafes in the neighbourhood. Walking distance to the waterfront, a nice place in town. Easy driving access to the highway 9, which provides access to the places of interest in the area.

The location is an easy walk to the city center. Close to many restaurants/cafes and a very easy walk to the waterfront. The staff, especially Fernando (bartender in hotel lounge) was amazing. As a single traveler, I ate most of my meals in the bar - very good options.

Súper súper friendly hosts. Juan is a legend! They always had the heating on, with loads of hot water which was really appreciated. They also do great quality, well priced equipment rental and bag storage so really the perfect place to stay before and after the W Trek. Great communal kitchen and common areas and a really nice, clean and well maintained property.

The location is closer to the bus station and downtown as well. The staff is really helpfull offering to us to leave the heavy bags at the hostal until the time of the check in. They provided us with an earlier breakfast due to the time of our bus. An amazing experience.

Everything about this place is amazing. From the staff to the room size , location .it is perfect . Staff is so accommodating, and friendly! The rooms were so large and have fridge ! You even have access to drinking water which is such a wonderful thing after a long day of travel ! This is such a gem of a place to stay!
