In front of the hotel, there are street sellers,and the street is a vibrant place with very good restaurants and wine bars. As a vegan, this was the perfect place to stay! The breakfast offers tons of vegan options such as avocado toast, vegan pastries, vegetables, and vegan milk, and the on-site Casa Sanz vegan restaurant is great. The design and decor is quirky and cool, the staff are great, and the room was spacious and clean. The area is super safe, too, with an excellent shopping mall just 15 minutes away on foot.

The breakfast was excellent and the service was very helpful. I don't speak Spanish, but the staff was terrific in helping me cope with transportation and shopping questions. The location on line 1 of the metro made getting to both the city centre and the airport simple and the nearby plaza provided all my needs. The front desk even arranged my tours. I couldn't ask for more

The location was excellent, directly beside a big grocery store and a super close walk to key downtown areas. The host was super accommodating to us, which I really appreciated. Loved the use of the kitchen. Big comfy bed. The building has laundry facilities which was handy for us. The building was secure, the room was quiet, all was good!

Location was also convinient, 20 min. walk to the heart of Santiago..

The central downtown location was perfect, the hotel has an elevator which is handy as our room was on the 5th floor. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfy. The staff were helpful and spoke a bit of English. There is a rooftop for breakfast but the offering is pretty basic and it can be cold in the morning. The hotel is really easy walking distance to Santa Lucia Hill and great restaurants in Larristaria.

An amazing place to stay in Santiago. The location is perfect — it’s in a peaceful street with lovely residential houses, a few minutes walking from all the night activities and restaurants in Bellavista, but far enough from the noise.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and lovely.
Highly recommended.

Super cool hostel. The location is amazing, very close to the city centre and many sights and with great bars and restaurants nearby. The reception is staffed 24/7 and all staff are very nice and speak English very well, which always helps. The courtyard is lovely! They provide free breakfast (which consists of bread/rolls with jam, ham/cheese and some yoghurt), which is always a bonus. I'd definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

The location of the hotel was great, down a quiet cul de sac. Easy to find places to eat & walkable to the downtown sights. The person who welcomed us was extremely helpful & we were able to communicate with her by WhatsApp if needed. Plus we were lent a metro card which proved very useful for getting around the city.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to discover downtown Santiago. The hotel is in a quiet street next to the Santa Lucía hill, very close to the busy downtown area but away from the noise and chaos. The hotel has been beautifully carved into one or two old buildings with Art Nouveau details, and is very tastefully decorated. The room was comfortable, the terrace lovely, the restaurant excellent, and the staff very helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Lastarria neighborhood, which has several trendy restaurants.
