Location of the hostel was prime as it was close to many restaurants and the main tourist attraction in the downtown area. Tough to beat. The staff were also helpful with organizing taxis and recommendations. Breakfast was decent as well with a varied spread of fruit, juices, cereal's, bread, etc. Bedroom was comfortable, though, be aware that the hostel is in near busy roads and it can be noisy (trade off of being in a good location).

The best location of Santiago Airport and hotel provide the free shuttle bus service which is great thing to go this hotel. and the staff is on good mode to help and especially, the gentlemen of the reception who was very patience advise where to get the pick up location. The breakfast is served well and highly recommended.

The highlight of our stay was the host, Victor. He is very friendly and made us feel at home. Loved the conversations we had and the friendship that was formed. Victor is now a reason for us to go back to Santiago :)
The terrace with amazing views is a great bonus too.
Also liked the location. It is steps away from the metro and is centrally located. We walked to all points of interest within Santiago's city center.
The room we booked was big and we had access to the kitchen.

the location is a huge bonus point for the hostel, you can get to the city centre easily by foot but are also just right next to a big metro station.
The hostel was very clean overall, especially considering that there's a lot of people staying there.

Great location if you would like to live near the airport. The beauty is that it is also a cheap Uber ride to the metro.(green line) So it is actually easy to go to the city centre. Host is fantastic.

There is a metro station 1 bliock away with a quick connection to the historic downtown. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and there is a Lider Express grocery store 1 blocks away ³

The breakfast was delicious and had a ton more options than expected, and we had no problems storing our bags. The front desk also arranged a taxi to the airport for a decent price. Wifi was good. Great location too---right near all the central downtown locations.

The staff was very friendly, made the early check-in easy for us. The room had a good size and the beds were comfortable. Excellent location with lots of bars and restaurants around and downtown attractions very close. Delicious breakfast buffet and location of the restaurant on the top floor made a good start of the day.

The location was great. Close to the city center, right next door to the St. Lucia, and close to nice restaurants and bars.
Money exchange place was just across the street. Supermarket was just behind the building.
The hotel also offered very convenient laundry facilities. We used it 3 times since we were there for over 2 weeks.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Everyone at the reception spoke good English. This was very helpful since we did not speak any Spanish.

I absolutely loved this hotel, which was a perfect peaceful sanctuary in a quiet neighbourhood of Santiago. I had a very comfortable, well-furnished room with en-suite. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I liked the communal area downstairs where you can help yourself to free tea, coffee, and juice at any time of day, and the breakfast is also very good.
The location is also convenient for exploring the city center, it's walkable to the main museums and the metro is also 20 minutes walk away.
