ItalyThe hotel exceeded our expectations. I saw from the pictures that it was nice, but when we saw the room we remained speechless! It even had a tiny balcony with a small table and some flowers. The staff was super friendly and available. We will definitely go back.

This is a beautiful, comfortable apartment perfectly located in the centre of Bilbao. The hosts were so kind and helpful with everything from arrival/departure arrangements to recommendations for pintxos and sightseeing. A perfect place to stay in Bilbao.

Brilliant location, friendly staff, great bar with food, Happy Hour and fun and sociable events. Nice, spotlessly clean dorm with individual lights, large lockers and power points. Really clean bathroom too....great place to stay in Bilbao!

If you are walking the Camino de Santiago, it is a perfect place to stay if you want a short walk into Santiago on your last day, or if you want to be close to the airport when you leave. I walked through the forest to the airpot, only took about 20 minutes and Google maps gave prefect direction. Beautifully restored building, comfortable room, good bathroom. I loved it!

The buildings which comprise this property are stunning. Old and yet beautifully maintained, if a little twee in their presentation in places. Beautiful gardens too. The location is fabulous, with great views over scenic countryside. Our room, which was the one positioned above the entrance patio of the hotel, was fine - spacious enough for the two of us. Good value for money, in terms of a place to stay, but see below. The bathroom was well equipped, although it was not always possible to run hot water in the shower.

Such a comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights, has everything you could need! Amazing rooftop pool, excellent gym, laundry facilities included, great cafe downstairs for breakfast, lots of social and communal space. Room was large, comfy & modern with a great bed and bathroom. Easy bus ride to city centre and beaches and cheap on-street parking, if your vehicle is too big for their car park (we were in a van). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable place to stay in a great location for Ribadesella. The room was a good size, quiet, with strong air conditioning. The staff are based over in the main building of the hotel but were easily accessible and spoke good English. The location is right off the beach and there was free parking on site. Not going to be the most beautiful hotel room you've ever stayed in, but gets the job done.

A nice place to stay. New and clean. It's not in the city center, but the train station is close by and that's why you pay less than for accommodations in the city center. All in all I was happy.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting the Basque Country. The location is perfect, close to the river (no traffic inbetween) and with the captivating view of the bridge and the sea behind it. Great hospitality and good breakfast.

The house has a very nice location and has a very nice garden. All the facilities are well maintained, the bathroom is new (but is shared with other guests), the breakfast very nice and well organised by the host. The host is happy to help you. There is a bus that brings you very fast to the city centre, but also with the own car it is very easy. Private parking available.

I stayed at zenith in Bilbao and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the city center with easy access to major attractions and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, offering a great view of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, a perfect stay in a beautiful city. Highly recommend!
