But the real treasure is the couple themselves --attentive but not intrusive, open, warm, funny, INTERESTING -- the perfect hosts.

United KingdomVery clean. Had everything we needed and water and fruit juice in the fridge was a nice touch. We would have liked ‘proper’ mugs as the small tea cups are too hot to hold when filled with hot drinks so we bought two and left them in the cupboard.

FranceStephano, the owner/manager, was warm, welcoming and friendly. This was a great start to our visit to this stylish b and b in the lively cathedral area of Limoges. Beautiful design, rooms with a view, good breakfast, shared garden and terrace space make this b and b stand out! Many excellent restos steps away and the Sunday bric a brac market outside the front door made for a delightful visit. Best of all, though, was having such a fabulous responsive host who spoke French and English and made the effort to ensure we had a super visit!

The whole venue is enchanting. As soon as we went through to our gite we were relaxed and content. It was the perfect place to stay before my other half’s operation at st Junien hospital. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The venue is right on the Vienne so we could do a bit of fishing or just rest and read a book.

Good location, easy walking distance to city centre. Warm welcome, very helpful friendly staff. We had prebooked parking at the Campanile nearby as we were there for 2 nights.Comfortable bed in a small but pleasant room. Staff were helpful with providing us with a map and directions for walking around the city.
This is an old hotel which has been updated and retains its charm. Good breakfast.

Excellent location Totaly fabulous host .
Rooms were extremely clean and stylish. We had a lovely stay l would have liked to bring my dog .but l understand as everything was so white and gorgeous.
Breakfast was lovely in the terrace .We all had a good nights sleep which is most important .It was quiet next to one of our favourite bars .Unfortunately l was going to hospital so couldn't go out .l highly recommend.

Peggy and Paul were both so friendly, kind and welcoming . The view from the top bedroom was gorgeous. We highly recommend dining there, it is great value and Peggy's truly exquisite food , the presentation,, the lovely terrace dining and Paul's perfect hosting during dinner and his wine knowledge were exceptionally good.. The swimming pool was a real bonus on a hot day . Here you will find everything you need for a lovely stay in a stunning location..

Very cosy, with everything we needed for our overnight stay. It was easy to find and we were given very clear instructions on how to get in. The location isn’t right in the centre, but it’s only a few minutes walk to get to restaurants and other city centre sites.

For the price we paid, It was worth it. The staff are very friendly. The room is very basic and clean. No AC,no fridge or kettle but you could always ask for hot water from the reception. Lidl is just next door if you need to shop for groceries. Leon restaurant is just a minute's walk and they serve good food. If you need a place to stay overnight and you are on a budget, this is the perfect place to stay.

The location was great! Just a few minutes out of the city center of Limoges. We sadly only stayed for one night and would’ve liked to expand our visit. It’s very calm - the perfect place for a quick getaway!
