Location was very good, quiet, close to a big park, but still close to the city centre and shops, neighbours not noisy at all.
The appartment was clean and had everything you need for a few days, I just missed some bowls as I use them a lot to eat.
Floors are wooden, comfortable, and windows easy to close and open, let in a lot of light.
Bed was comfortable and I slept soundly.
Wifi is good, I was working most days and I need a good connection and I had no problems at all.

Very nice owner - provides all necessary information. He allowed us to left our luggage a bit longer so we could make the most of the time to explore Beauvais. Comfortable beds. Very silent place. Very good location - close to the train station and bus stop (bus to the airport). Close to the tapestry factory, you can walk to the city center with the famous cathedral.

Breakfast was good and the location was perfect for our journey back to Calais.
Our host was delightful and friendly and the house was comfortable and charming.
It would be a perfect place to stay if you where wanting to visit Laon and Reims.

Location and Julia. If you stay in Laon this is the best place to stay, right in front of the Cathedral and in the heart of the town. Good breakfast. Good bedroom and shower room.

This is THE PLACE to stay when visiting this town! The hosts were exceptional and everything: from the absolutely fantastic accommodations, to the delicious breakfasts, to the friendly lovely lovely hosts who both went above and beyond in all aspects during our 2 night stay , to the location, to the fact that we could arrange to park our car in their private driveway was just spectacular and memorable. This is a 5 star place to stay.....and more. What a terrific experience it was to stay here!

We loved the location because it’s quiet and in a residential new neighborhood. There is a N2 bus connection which goes every 20 mins to the city center. Parking was for free.

Everything. The communication with Hubert and his daughter, Anastasia, set us up for a wonderful stay. The property in its entirety is beautiful. Bordered by the Hortillonnages which can be explored by boat, the house itself is equipped with everything you need. The decor is delightful, with curious antiques and beautiful artwork throughout. The location is excellent- a comfortable stroll away from the city centre where you will find wonderful restaurants and the extraordinary cathedral.

We enjoyed the fantastic location very close to the city centre and restaurants. In the morning we were offered an amazing breakfast buffet. Rooms were spacious enough for a family with three teenagers.

Good location, not far away from the city center but located in a quiet area, nights were really quiet, cozy attic with all the utillities one could need and veeery comfy bed. There is a grocery store at 100m and also a bus station and a boulangerie really close. Nicolas was a very welcoming and responsive host, answering promptly to my questions and requests. I highly reccommend!

Perfect place to stay when travelling via Beauvais airport. The place is on the first floor above a small pizza /fast food shop. Lovely host with quick reply. Ever so sweet, they left a small basket with breakfast in the kitchen. So kind and thoughtful! Access the property via code. The apartment is very clean, well equipped. When heading to the airport allow extra time for hailing an uber/grab in the wee hours of the morning or at night.
