Coffee, tea, biscuits, crisps and beverages were offered by the hotel. When I checked out they graciously kept my luggage in storage for a few hours.

Booked a last-minute suprise for my children
Brilliant stay, and Sue was a brilliant host .I booked it a few hours before check-in, not realising you need 24 hours' notice .sue was lovely and said said we could check in as soon as we wanted and would send the details straight away .
Lovely location ,lovely lodge everything you could need .
And that bed was so comfy and bedding so soft

Very spacious for groups. Lounge and living room have a lovely design that feel very comfortable to stay in and relax in family groups. Great location for the city centre to walk in and around a 20 minute walk to Williamson park. Plenty of space for parking cars if staying in groups as they have a small car park area by the 2 lodges.

We requested a earlier check in time as we needed to get to our event we were attending before the stated time. Very accommodating and no hassle and everything you need for a short stay. Brilliant little place to stay and we were in walking distance of our events location

Location was good- only a few minutes from the promenade/sea front. Free car park was appreciated. Room was slightly smaller than expected and some traffic noise from the road. Bed was comfy and shower and bath was good. Full English breakfast was good and evening meal was good. Overall a good place to stay for a short break but would be a bit small to stay longer than this.

Lovely little cottage it had everything you need. It was very clean and the shower was lovely. Love the towels. It is in a great location easy to get to shops, cafes and take aways supermarkets. Close to the castle. Lovely garden with a view of a beautiful church. Lovely extras coffee tea milk wine crisps and chocolate tea cakes. All toiletries aswell. There's family games and books. I would recommend it. We had a lovely stay thank you Christine

Location great, only a short walk to a few shops and a pub. The Property is beautiful, there is everything you need and more. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We drove to property but you could easily get a train to Arnside as the station is literally facing the house (although you don’t really hear the trains passing). The locals are lovely, we were invited to have a boat ride during our stay and invited to the sailing club music night. Had a lovely stay, would highly recommend

The location is perfect if you are visiting the university. The staff and ambience is excellent and there is a very good restaurant there with a good wine list too. Overall a very comfortable place to stay

Really pleasantly surprised by just how much we could do and how lovely the resort was set out. We expected a studio in a block not a lovely cabin close to all amenities. It was a great place to stay with children and very convenient location. Food also very good and all staff friendly.

What a fantastic find. Delightful hosts, great location and one of the best appointed rooms we have ever stayed in.
Breakfast, looking out across farmland with birds feeding just outside the conservatory window was a lovely start to the day.
Incredible value for money [probably should/could charge more].

The location was ideal for what I wanted as I needed to attend some performances held on the Market Square in Preston City Centre.
I like the self check-in side of things, as it allowed independence.
It was also very near to the train station and the lovely little park in front of the building was ideal to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
