Looking for a clean, independent place to crash/work while on a business trip or couples get away? This studio apartment comprises all the ground floor of a 3-storey canal side house and contains all that is required for single or double occupancy. It is located in a pretty central residential area, overlooking the Lancaster Canal, with easy access by foot/bicycle to central Lancaster and the hospital along the towpath, accessed through a private exit for the studio which is wheelchair friendly.

Guests have everything they need to operate independently and no meeting is necessary but the landlord is usually available if problems develop.

On site private parking is provided in full view of the property. Guests can also easily access Lancaster canal for a quick walk into the city centre and beyond.
