Location was great nice clean comfortable bed.. breakfast was spot on good choices 😁 had a great stay would definitely go back.

Nice little hotel great location

I arrived and was asked if I didn't mind stairs which is a nono for me. The guy on reception gave me a large room on the ground floor which was perfect

Walking distance to the Winter Gardens.

Great Hosts, everything was clean and breakfast was great value and the service was really good, we never had an empty cup or toast rack Great location for coral island only 5 min walk ,central pair tower all close

Location was excellent it was right next to the coast and all the activities we wanted to do. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was great for the price we paid.

Close to all amenities and right around the corner to the Winter Gardens. Will definitely use this establishment again.

The hotel was very clean. It's less than 5mins from the sea front and the shopping centre is literally over the road. The owners were absolutely brilliant. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were unreal. Cooked to perfection. We were on the top floor in a family room which was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Having a fridge and ironing facilities was fantastic, especially having kids who like milk and yoghurts.

The staff were very welcoming and helped me with my luggage on arrival and offering there help at all times

Rooms are to a very high standard. Staff were super helpful and kind. Worth every penny.

The Hotel was lovely, located near the tower and all central amenities, the host was helpful,room was cozy, linen really clean , bed was comfy and pleasantly surprised by the lovely clean bathroom for the price it was great value for money, The only downside was the hotel didn't offer a breakfast option which I would have gladly paid for if given the option, but not a big deal as McDonald's is only a short walk away for breakfast if you are that fussy, but all round a 10/10 , great hosts, clean rooms and ideal location
