Myself and my partnerlive in Blackpool and have been dyingto test this hotel out since we saw it been done up. We stayed in the balcany room and we paid £103 for one night. The hotel is stunning it's self and the staff was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Jamie the waitress that served us our food she gets a 5* review from she was lovely. Kevin the owner couldn't have been more welcoming if he tried another 5* stars to him. We had some food downstairs we picked a selection of starters, we found the food very tasty however was very expensive for just a round of started and 2 drinks we paid £60 for 3 starters and 2 drinks and these weren't alcohol drinks either. This was also including 10% discount as we was staying in the hotel.
We stayed in room 114 - when we arrived to the room it was lovely and beautifully decorated, however for us the bedroom was on the small side and the bathroom was extreamly small but that's just our opinion. The balcany was amazing. You could hear music blasting from downstairs which we found to be disturbing. Overall the hotel and staff was amazing. Good luck and keep up the amazing work.

Our hosts Julie and Billy made us so welcome from the moment we arrived at Ponderosa. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is absolutely spotless and every need is catered for, a real home from home. A hotel where you arrive as strangers and leave as friends. We will return.

The location is perfect. Adam and Gemma are so lovely. They have adjusted to our timing for breakfast as we had an early start at the competition. The breakfast is good and can be tailored to the customer's preferences. The hotel looks perfect and has a wonderful character. It is very clean everywhere inside the rooms and on the communal area, and its smells lovely 😍 100% recommend 👌

Breakfast was outstanding. So much food and excellent choice. We were even offered haggis for breakfast. Very relaxed atmosphere. George & George were super hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Loved the fact you could unwind and watch TV downstairs and enjoy a drink from the bar.

Stayed here for two nights while attending gigs at Blackpool Winter Gardens and it was ideal. Holly was great from start to finish and everything was really smooth and easy.
The studio apartment was very spacious, clean, and exactly what I needed for a short stay. The decor is really modern and comfortable, and the bathroom was genuinely Hilton-hotel standard.
I also loved having proper facilities to cook my own food – fridge, microwave, and kitchen setup – which made it a much better option for me than a hotel or B&B.
Parking was a big bonus too. I understand the parking space usually comes with the larger apartments, but as it was out of season and not fully booked I was able to use a space with the studio, which really helped.
Location-wise it’s spot on – only a short walk to the Winter Gardens and right in the centre.
Would definitely stay again.
