United KingdomHad a fantastic stay here, the staff are so welcoming and attentive. We at a large family with 2 teens and 2 younger children as it was the 2 youngest’s first time staying in a hotel as you can imagine they was very excited. The owners went above and beyond to make it a special experience for them and the rest of the family. I did have 1 issue with our room but the owners didn't hesitate to correct the problem and was very accommodating for our needs. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, we will be returning very soon.

Our kids use to love Coral Island.
Our kids use to love Coral Island. Especially, if the weather is bad, then this is one of the places you can go too. There are many slot machines and a little ride that goes over the venue, above the people, to go on. Also, an indoor carousel ride and a restaurant/pub.
Follow the path to the back of the venue and you will come to a large café. This café does some very good basic meals at reasonable prices. We have eaten here many times before and I have never had a bad meal there. You can access this café from the side street entrance as well.
Coral Island was one of our favourite places to go to, when the kids were little. Now it is just the two of us, we will still pop in..... just for old times sake. 🙂

It looks good and is very big.. but some of the games now when u win.. u have to collecet 6 things to win and not just one or two.. bit cheating if u ask me ..expressly when u win the jackpot stuff..

The food is disgusting and be warned it states kids meals are free but only if they have them????? What???
Went to the fish and chip part to order some food and the girl was rude, ignorant, snappy and arrogant! Will NEVER go back there again!

Its a good place to spend couple of hours.
Its a good place to spend couple of hours. It offers all the play zones available on piers. Its USP is kids eat free all day which makes it cost effective. It has got nice ambience and pirates themed flyer ride. Food was good, very less vegetarian options though.

Kids enjoyed the bowling machine, at £2 a game ,great activity.
Tokens were exchanged for great gifts at the shop. Best options for lower number of tickets I’ve seen.

Great location - easy to find, very close to Tower, Coral Island, and the new multi-story car park.
Host met us on arrival and was lovely, although it was an easy self check-in using a key safe.
We stayed in apartment 3 (5 bed) and it was great - has evidently been recently decorated, roomy with comfy beds, and the mini-kitchen was brilliant (microwave, fridge, kettle, hobs, airfryer) which allowed us to cook an evening meal.
All in all a great stay and we would definitely come back :)

The location is pretty central & close to places like Coral Island and Hounds Hill Shopping centre, which is good. The bed in our room was also very comfortable.

Great location right behind coral island and the main promenade, the room was a family room with bunk beds on the top floor, it was really clean and had its own bathroom, kettle, and a shower, really friendly staff and everyone was very welcoming and accommodating to my two small children, perfect stay everything we wanted for a short Blackpool visit, highly recommend especially with the price we paid for our visit we were very happy 😊 definitely would go again

Quiet location just 10 minutes walk down to the coral island.
We stayed in the first floor apartment with it's own front door.
Spacious, clean, comfortable and excellent facilities.
Exactly like the pictures they have provided
Free on-site parking for 1 car.
I left something behind and they were very helpful with me going back for collection.
