ItalyThe amazing view with the ability to enjoy the fresh crisp air. I loved the layout of our room, with the closet area built in between the bathroom and mattress but has a wall for privacy. The small towns are 5-10 min drive away. The TV was a good size and had a few English programs. The spa area was an excellent experience, enjoyed the tea. At first I thought the heat in the room kept turning on itself, but then I realized our room was directly above the heated pool and saunas. Heat rises 😅

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were so nice, the room was perfect and clean, the pool was fab, breakfast was lovely and it was perfect location with about 600m to lake and the beautiful village of Lazise. We will defo come back.

Perfect location just outside downtown and away from the big crowd but close enough to reach downtown with 5 min walk. Beautiful terrace facing the lake where we had a great dinner. Breakfast also was very good

Very nice location with just a 10 min walk downstairs and then along the beach walk to Malcesine city center. The breakfast was supperb and the view from the restaurant over lake Garda was fantastic. The family who runs the hotel including all personnel were very service minded. We had an appartment and it was rather fresh and modern.

The hostess was just so lovely and very helpful! The location of the apartment is perfect, with a small beach just next to it and a very short walk to the city center with heaps of restaurants and the ferry that you can take to explore the lake! The roofterras is also a great added value with spectacular views.

excellent location at the city centre, communication with the host was so easy, parking is available inside the property but needs a proffisional driver to manoeuvre through the narrow alley, overall it was a great experience.

Fantastic views. Spacious parking. Good working air conditioners. Super clean and pleasant people work here.
The best gelato just across the road.
15 min walk to old town, also there is a shuttle bus stop close to the hotel.

I highly recommend this beautiful apartment in Sirmione ! The apartment is very large, luxuriously decorated. It is located in the best location by the lake in the historic centre of the town. An additional attraction is the large swimming pool and parking. I recommend !

Very nice and spacy apartment in quiet area, well equipped, nice view from bedrooms. Good location (10 minutes to the city center, 15 minutes to the harbor, 20 minutes to the beach. Pasticceria, Pizza and bus stop just 2 minutes from the apartment).
Air Condition and wifi worked well. Beds were confortable. There was enough equimpent in the kitchen.

The best location what you can get near the Garda lake. Very cosy and small villa, inside and outside everything was well maintained.
Also we really liked organic fresh breakfast and the best Limoncello Spritz all around the area !
Our small apartament also had a balcony where we could spend hot summer evenings.
The villa staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The variety of delicious vegan food! Hands down the best breakfast i’ve ever had travelling. Sweet and savory, fresh fruit and baked goods, they have it all.
The owners David and Marta are also just lovely hosts; kind, helpful and quick to respond.
All the basics are covered too: great location in the middle of the historical center and near the beach, clean and comfortable rooms.
This is the place to stay in Sirmione vegan or not, you will have a great time.
I miss it already and hope to come back someday!

if you are after a location outside of busy roads and city centre this hotel is ideal. friendly staff and full breakfast buffet. dinner served at very reasonable price too, about 20 euro per person. plenty of parking slots, 2 big outdoor pools and amazing outlook to the lake. all in all, it was perfect for our motorcycle tour.

Great location, there are 20% discounts at the bar downtown if you stay in this flat, which is great for breakfast. The flat has everything we needed, it was very clean, and the staff was always quickly responding to my texts.

Great location for those whore are travelling by public transport: 1 minute walk from the train station and bus stop with buses going on the eastarn coast of the lake; 10 mn on foot to the city center. Francesca, the host, is really nice and helpfull person, gave us plenty of tips on restaurants and activities in the area. The room and whole place was extremely clean. There is a pleasant winter garden with tables where you can relax.
