The owner was very nice and able to work with me on my very late arrival. She was able to communicate effectively and was happy to help answer questions.

United StatesThe stuff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room and other resort facilities were impeccably clean and still cleaned daily to perfection. The elevator in that not hi-rise building adds even more convenience. The view from the balcony of the lake and faraway mountains was breathtaking. The hotel itself possesses a quiet ambience. Breakfasts provided a good choice of typically European foods with juices, vegetables, breads, meats, cheeses and condiments, Eggs and coffee are prepared fresh on order. The hotel has a wide green lawn studded by trees and flowering shrubs overlooking the lake and the promenade. Not an overly touristy location, the private parking situated next to the hotel and a nice seafood restaurant "La Nova Pieve" close by make the place a perfect spot for either short or long vacation.

Location is really great, personnel is mega friendly and customer oriented. Davide was our host and he is really great. He changed our booked accommodation to the villa close to the beach and also helped to extend our stay. Everyone may find villa there based on wishes. You may stay in quiet place, or close to beach or to swimming pool. Also great place for big company, family holidays and very pet friendly.

This is a beautiful place to stay.
The villa is lovely and big enough for a large group to all have their space.
The pool, the garden, the whole place brilliant. Novella the managing agent is brilliantly responsive too.

Adriano was so kind and welcoming! He prepared our sun-beds for the pool, for us to relax! Then in the morning we had amazing breakfast with local ham and salami and great cheese- all products from the region. The lake is not even 5 min away and the location is beautiful. The house has a wonderful garden with flowers and olive trees.
We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone going to Lago di Garda.
